All the guy had to do was say he didn't know details regarding international coverage, but instead he opted to lie to get the sale & get us out the door. We were set up with the wrong plan that didn't have the coverage we wanted. Upon further investigation afterwards, and multiple conversations with other personnel that went 'round in circles, we discovered T-Mobile didn't offer what we needed at all. They should have told us this from the beginning. Instead we were lied to. We were told we were set! We are not. Only after calls with their customer service (unaffiliated with this store) were we able to get clarification on how badly this place screwed us over. Now we're stuck in a plan we don't want that won't help us internationally. Note: if you're out of the country for more than 90 days for work, T-Mobile will cancel your service & you'll lose your phone number. You also won't be able to get an international SIM card, because T-Mobile owns you. These facts were never mentioned. The rep knew our situation down to the last detail too. This place is a disgrace.

Excellent service!…read more Came to get a new number and the person who served me knew what she was doing the entire time, really happy to be a member of AT&T's service. Albeit having errors creating a new account in-place, the server gave me a different way to get a number so I could use it which would practically be at the same level as an account number in a few months. She was also happy and joyful the entire time despite what the person on the other side of the line of the call said that could deter customers. Prices are also pretty good considering the specs of what they give. With different plans to select, they give you what you'd need without having an excessive difference for your uses. Get whichever phone you're looking for and set up an AT&T account or line in the same day without much hassle as long as you bring necessary documents obviously. I would avoid going at night time during summers or autumn where the weather may be hot during the day but spike down in the night where they'll be running their air conditioners. Overall an amazing and smooth experience setting up a phone line. 92/100!

I called them and was told, oops that charge is wrong because you did return the modem.. but couldn't be told what the new charge would be. From my experience, I would caution and make sure to not give your social to this hole in the wall company. I am hoping the manager of this business reaches out to me to resolve this issue so I can delete my reviews.

Not the easiest to use. My company recently got a new Website Host and Optimizer so we moved our mail over to an IMAP account. I immediatly started getting Junkmail right away. I never knew the Meganet filtered the Junk Mail and just never sent it to you. Mind you I never once had an issue with a person calling me wondering if I got their email. So even though Meganet deleted the Spam it was always done right. I might have got 2-3 junk mails a week. Now I 20 per a day. Although I am not with Meganet anymore I felt that I should write a review. Great job filtering my email for the past 7-8 years. Now I realized you saved me a bunch of time.
