This store is operating using the Covid-19 protocols and they aren't just putting a facade these guys are serious and every member of the staff here wore a mask and practiced social distancing, the position of the desk and customer seats are clearly marked and the store is very clean - ok my experience here today was nothing less than stellar, J.B. was my customer service representative was exceptional, but since the store was mostly empty during my visit a few of the other associates pitched in to expedite the process and to ensure I received the best possible service and products. I have no issues giving credit when credit is due, this place exceeded my expectations today especially after my last review I admit I did walk in with some skepticism but these guys squelched it almost immediately. I was provided with accurate information, everything was explained clearly and my new iPhone 11 ProMax performed as I expected immediately after activation. I really appreciate the extra efforts taken to ensure I was happy with every aspect of this deal before walking out the door. When I arrived at the store, he looked at my phone and gave me a more detailed understanding of each step, and which components might be affected, and gave me enough information to know at which point we would fully repair the phone or fix it enough to salvage data and replace it, or not bother and save my money for a replacement. I felt well informed and knew that I would not be stuck with more costs than would be worthwhile.
