    The Apple Maps says they open at 9am. The lady didn't open the doors till 10:19. I hope they update their times on the necessary sites.

Unfortunately our phones didn't qualify for for the buy back but we still wanted new phones and Andrew was very nice. While setting up our new phones Andrew took the time to explain everything and my husband had a million questions and we both felt Andrew was quite knowledgeable. At this point the store was packed with customers but we didn't feel rushed at all. Very happy with our experience and the customer service rendered by awesome employee Andrew. I was misled in several ways: product misrepresentation, undisclosed fees, and unprofessional management. One week ago, I purchased a new phone and a watch based on a promotion explained by a representative. The representative charged me for a newer phone model but knowingly provided me with an older, cheaper model. I discovered this discrepancy when I finally managed to set up the device. When I returned to the store to resolve this, I was told I could not receive a full refund, specifically regarding activation fees that were never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. During my attempt to resolve this, the store manager was present and overheard the interaction. He offered no assistance and left the store while I was still speaking with the representative. When I asked to speak with him, the representative dishonestly claimed he had already left for the weekend. I expected a transparent transaction and professional service. Instead, I have been left with the wrong product, charged for features I didn't receive, and hit with surprise fees. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of integrity shown by both the sales staff and management. Never will be back to buy anything at this location

    Buyers BEWARE I went in to this store to upgrade my 3…read morelines. Ended up only upgrading 1 because I felt like I was being lied to and trying to hustle me for more. I had promotions on my Verizon app and the lady there was like no you don't have that but we can do this and I told her no I'm looking at the promotions on my app specific to my account and then she said oh yeah I see it now. Well upgraded to I phone 16 pro with discount and was supposed to only pay 13 dollars and when I get my bill nothing 31 dollars a month she upgraded me with no promotion discount.     Super good service, don't get me wrong. She had an attitude from the moment I approached the counter and did nothing to help me. She tried to refer me to customer service in the first minute without even looking at my phone. I proceeded to tell her that customer service sent me to the store. She rolled her eyes and pretty much said, "I won't be able to help, but if you want me to try." Umm, yes, ma, I do because that is your job. Anyway, I had to repeat my info. like four times for her to put it in the computer. Annoying. She tried for five seconds and was like "it's not working," this after I waited 15 minutes for the rest of the beyond slow employees to even try to help. She handed me my phone back and told me to call customer service. I told her that customer service sent me to the store. In a condescending and snippy tone, this broad responds with "Well, I can take a picture of the error if you want but there's nothing I can do..." WTF. I told her not to get saucy and she just looked at me and repeated herself, so I took my phone and left telling her to watch her attitude next time - to which she responded by giggling. T-Mobile/Sprint, please get your employees together. I shouldn't have to deal with this simply because they struggled to get through high school.
