Super good service, don't get me wrong. The sales associate was definitely educated on their service and offerings, however, I feel as though they may be a little too concerned on what they're able to sell vs. focusing on what I am actually going to be paying for. It might be my own fault that I was told I was discounted -200 off an item but am now continuing to still pay the original price? Unsure if their deals expire and then just add on to our charge later? Other than that, t-mobile hasn't disappointed service wise. read more

The Latinx girl with the gold hoop nose ring (right side) and poorly dyed red hair made this visit unbearable. She had an attitude from the moment I approached the counter and did nothing to help me. She tried to refer me to customer service in the first minute without even looking at my phone. I proceeded to tell her that customer service sent me to the store. She rolled her eyes and pretty much said, "I won't be able to help, but if you want me to try." Umm, yes, ma, I do because that is your job. Anyway, I had to repeat my info. like four times for her to put it in the computer. Annoying. She tried for five seconds and was like "it's not working," this after I waited 15 minutes for the rest of the beyond slow employees to even try to help. She handed me my phone back and told me to call customer service. I told her that customer service sent me to the store. In a condescending and snippy tone, this broad responds with "Well, I can take a picture of the error if you want but there's nothing I can do..." WTF. I told her not to get saucy and she just looked at me and repeated herself, so I took my phone and left telling her to watch her attitude next time - to which she responded by giggling. T-Mobile/Sprint, please get your employees together. I shouldn't have to deal with this simply because they struggled to get through high school. read more

No matter who answers the phone... no matter what day you call... no matter what questions you have... you will always get this same answer... ... "unfortunately because we are a store front we can't" That's the level of customer service you will receive coming here, don't expect much. Don't go to this store, it's a bunch of dummies. Call Sunday night right before they close to see if they have a phone in stock, was told they have 1. Go on right when they open and they don't have it but there is someone already in the store before 10 am open time. So either the dummy on the phone didn't listen to what i was asking or they sold out to the person they let in early. What a joke this store is read more

An honest review for this location after multiple visits, avoid it at all costs, profit is all they care about. My Credentials: - Sprint Associate ( 1 year ) - Sprint Supervisor ( 6 months ) [Top Sales representative for 6 consecutive months] - Sprint Assistant Manager ( 2 years ) [Ranked Store / 1st in district / 45th in the nation] Currently have more than 10 years of experience in sales. Three of those years straining from being an Associate / Supervisor / Manager at Sprint which has now been merged and integrated into T-mobile. During that time I achieved success and recognition for my team's by focusing on honesty and customer service. Why? Simple, because customers return to businesses that make them feel special and don't bamboozle them for their hard earned money. From a logical point of view it makes more sense to have a familiar and friendly customer return year after year than constantly having to work harder and harder due to having built up a bad reputation in order to make a couple hundred dollars extra a month. I also understand that these associates have families, bills and quotas that need to be meet in order to keep their jobs. However, deceiving and a lack of knowledge are the perfect formula for a stressful experience for both customers and employees alike. * 9/6/22 -- Overall, an unacceptable experience, which was created by the sales representative who assisted me. Due to the shock of bold face lies being told to both other customers and myself, I left in frustration without being able to commit to memory the name of the associate who helped me. First, she blatantly ignored me while she was plugging / moving numbers on their company wide used bill estimator a.k.a the tool which calculates how much money you can get bamboozled out of. After more than 5 minutes of silence and contemplating the associate presented what she claimed her "rough estimate" for today's out the door price, a total of $215. This of course includes a monthly billing of $10 which seems harmless unless you're a former employee and understand that it remains on your bill for 24 months and is taxed on a monthly basis. Which if you do the math totals in excess of $250 after taxes. However, as an educated customer I did my research online and already knew total out the door price was $74, upgrade fee is waived for former employees automatically. Meaning that there was a total of $141 mysteriously appearing in conjunction with a new phone installment and over $250 added to your bill for the next 2 years. After declining the installment billing of $10 a month for accessories and any other additions besides the simple phone upgrade I received a counter offer. The tmobile associate then proceeded to tell me that she could not sell the phone without accessories. That is a bold face lie and tactic to scam customers out of their hard earned money in order to make a profit. After again declining this, associate proceeded to inform me that she could order the phone for me since she could not sell the phone w/o accessories. The truth is no such policy exists, this is bad management, I've seen the tactic before utilized by managers who only cared about numbers for the sake of being promoted. To make matters worse the associate quoted an ETA of 1 week when only /In store standard free shipping is 2 business days. In summary, head my warning, stay away from this or any location that makes similar claims and simply upgrade online. read more

I live right down the street from a t-mobile location in menifee and I drive all the way to this location because of the excellent customer service I receive. Everyone in the store is very welcoming and inviting. The store manager Veronica, is one of the nicest and caring people I've ever worked with in retail; not only is she nice and caring but she will go out of her way to make sure you get the best experience possible. She's also extremely knowledgeable and up to date in the current market and will let you know what works best for your needs.
