I absolutely love this place. My guy brought my sons phone in after it was the recipient of a rage beating. I truly thought there was no way the phone would ever be functional again... they fixed it and my house was at peace... ... until ... one of the kids at school, knocked it out of his hands a week later. In tears he came home, a message from the principal, it wasn't his fault... so, again, I came in and it was repaired as of nothing ever happened. Now, on a family outing my daughter has lost her phone. So, into the drawer I dive, to find a functional but cracked phone. So guess who's having another phone repaired? Yep, this gal. Unfortunately, the cell phone is a little older so they had to order the screen, but as of tomorrow the universe will be peaceful again. Until next time. Took my iPad for a charger port repair and I got it back unusable. It's glitchy and I'm not even able to log in. I went in to get help and they said it was the disability assist feature and I needed to restore it. It's not, I restored it 10 times and nothing has changed. This guy literally ruined my phone I went in for a minor crack he fixed it rather quickly. But when I left I noticed my phone doing a bunch of ghost typing. I went back same day let him know and he gave me some nonsense about the software taking time to adjust, I'm tech savvy and I knew that was BS but nonetheless I said OK. He told me that if it continued to come back and he would fix it again. I let the phone do its thing for two days and I took it back in and boy was that the worst decision I ever made. The phones still doing the ghosting and has even gotten worse, not going to hand him my phone for a third time. If I could give NO STARS I would give no stars. My experience start on a Saturday took it in for repairs they told me they would get it done by the next day. They did NOT have it ready so I had to wait a full week when I went back on Friday afternoon they told me they still didn't have it ready till Saturday. I went in Saturday they told me they would not have it ready until Sunday. I called in on Sunday to see if they would have it ready they told me they had some problems didn't want to tell me what exactly so I got irritated told him I was going to go pick it up when I got there there was a guy working on it mind you when I took it in everything worked in it I just took it in to get a case replacement because I liked the retro look when I got there turns out my PSP was broken first they tried telling me something about the bolts not working then they told me they had to wait another week because the screen cracked when they were pulling it out. I am not one that writes reviews frequently but this is worthy of communicating. I went to this location because my 9 year old daughter cracked her screen she was able to use the iPad and operate it even after the cracked screen. Moreover, I decided to get the screen replaced along with the screen protector. First off, I was advised by Jess that it would be ready for pick-up the next day after 11AM I showed up after 1PM and it was not ready I was told to come back in an hour or so. Finally, I go back and the situation went from BAD to WORSE because now my daughters iPad started "ghosting" once the screen was awake it would start going crazy eventually disabled. It displays "connect to iTunes" when I do the screen starts flickering and ghosting and cannot go through the prompts. They have a newly open location off Van Buren and I will make sure this will be the first review. Since, they could not solve the issue either instead I drove their 3 times to get the same result. If you want your repair to go from BAD to WORSE this is the perfect location now my daughter is without an iPad. Please be advised!!! DO NOT DO business with these people unless you like to waste your time, money and gas. Don't shop here. This guy is horrible to customers. He sold me an incomplete XBOX controller. When I got home I saw that he didn't include the break away. I called and asked him if he chould ship it since I lived all the way in Redlands. He told me no. I had to drive all the way to Perris to pick up the break away. When I told him about what had happened he acted like a complete a-hole before giving me the break away saying the XBOX controller didnt come with it. I got fed up with him and told him I wanted to return the XBOX controller as he sold it to me without the break away. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Please please don't go here. I originally came to this store to have my screen repaired on my cell phone. Simple easy and quick. I loved that they were family oriented and I was happy to make this my go to phone repair place. I have 6 iPhones in my house and this place would have had a life long faithful family. However things changed when I decided to get my kids a PS4. I purchased the PS4 which came with a remote and I purchased a brand new remote and 3 games. From the first time playing the ps I had nothing but trouble. No matter what we did the remotes wouldn't sync. The man told me to bring in the PS4 so I did. He kept it a few days and told me it was fine. So we went in to pick it up. When we got it home we went to check the PS4 and realized the street fighter game that was inside it was now missing. We immediately called and the man said he would check around for the game but he didn't have anything turned in but he would call me. He also told me just to bring in the remote to Switch it out since even after him having it it still wasn't working. When I came in about 15 minutes later I asked him had he found the game he says oh no I didn't let me look and sure enough there was my game sitting there at the first place he looked. He then suddenly remembers supposedly his daughter bringing it in earlier with a shoe print on it. I didn't believe him. I still don't. In my opinion he was just going to resale my game. He then checked the remote and finally realized it was broken. This was already 2 weeks into me having this ps4 and not being able to play one game. Then we find out not only is the remote broken but so is the PS4!!!!!!!! He keeps the PS4 gives me another refurbished one and the remote still didn't work!!!! When I call him to complain about this he tells me how he just sold the other PS4 to someone new cus he fixed it and how all the remotes work perfectly fine. When I told him I wanted a refund since I supposedly had 30days he said I would have to go through their credit person. Which that in itself is a joke. I would never recommend this place. Sadly. So unless you like giving away free money, DO NOT go to this guy to have your electronics fixed. He "guaranteed" that he could fix our sons iPad mini, and when we got it back not even three hours in the home button fell off and the screen and glue peeled off exposing the main screen. We took it back, he added some more stupid glue and it came off again. He blamed us for it even though the iPad is protected inside of an otterbox case. So we took it back and it happened again, All in all we took the iPad back to him FOUR TIMES. And each time his cheap china made screen and cheap glue peeled off and the cheap screen popped off again. Finally we decided not to even bother and this guy basically made almost 100 dollars off of us doing absolutely squat. He stole the phone I gave to repair, and kept on telling me every time I called or went into his store that it wasn't ready yet. Until one day he said that someone hade already picked it up. So basically my phone just vanished, and when I asked to see the videos of the cameras that are always "recording" to see who and At what time the person who he gave my phone to came in, he refused to show me. He knew that to get my money back or my phone I needed to sue him, so is it worth spending more on a lawyer than a phone? The worst service! I took in my device because I needed my aux port to be replaced, timing was off but not only that, I had a working device prior to taking in. When I picked it up much later, the new aux port wasn't working and my device was no longer able to work as cellular, only on WiFi. I took it back in so my old piece could be put back on, the owner had put so much glue on my screen that he was going to have a hard time taking it off, which I do not believe he even bothered trying to remove it again. I initially came in for a battery replacement. I wasn't happy with the glue causing the phone to separate or how the face now had alligator cracks around the edges, but I accepted it. Within a week the phone would intermittently turn off. It was pushing a couple years old so I decided just to get a new one. I couldn't find an otterbox case for it, and for some reason I decided to see if they could get one. I explained to him that it doesn't appear to be available but he said he had a connection and would find one and get back to me. After a week I had to call to check the status. He said he found it and it should be here shortly. After 4 weeks with no call I called again and he said because of the holidays it's running a little late. Again not hearing anything, at 7 weeks I personally went in and he told me he did get it but it's buried in the back and he will find it and call me. Three days later still no call. I called today only to find out they didn't receive the right case and are unable to get one. Horrible customer service and horrible phone repair! I should have trusted the bad reviews! read more

Keep away!!!!this place doesn't take ownership on their cheap product that they use to fix phones. My wife took her phone to this shop . The problem cracked screen and black screen . They claim to use original iPhone parts $160 and 80 for cheap parts. So my wife asked for original part for $160 .But after 4 days her phone screen went completely black. Took the phone back and the tech told my wife that their was a slight scratch inside screen and that the lcd was damaged . That we pushed on the screen hard and that the screen was fragile . He said fragile to hide the word cheap . Original parts aren't fragile to the finger touch Even had a cover on it to protect the phone . It drove me nuts but these people are crooks and didn't want to continue arguing. They don't follow threw with their warranty be careful . I lost $160 dollars I'll survive but just keep in mind they don't take warranty seriously. Bad service crooks I'm sure they need the money more than I do . I must write this review. Not more than 30 minutes ago, I got a (very angry) call from the a male worker at this shop. He explained to me that I still have my iPad at the shop that I brought 5 months ago and he was going to sell it. I explained that I thought he had already sold it because I know I had forgot to get it and thought it was sold already. He said that if I did not pick it up by tomorrow (Sunday 1/20/19) that it would be sold. I said that I could come by on Tuesday and pick it up. He was at this time more angry and said that if it was not picked up by tomorrow it would be sold. Because of how angry and rude this man was speaking to me I said to sell it and hung up on him. I called back to speak to the owner, but found out that this was the same person who had called me (the owner). I let him know that he was very unprofessional to call me and address me with the demeanor he had addressed me in. And that I just assumed that it had been sold, because of me forgetting to pick it up. I let him know that he did not have to talk to me that way. I have given this company my business over the last two years. I have taken 3 computers, 1 iPhone, and many accessories. Also, referred several of my friends to him. I took my Acer laptop in to replace the keyboard. I paid around $169. They ordered the part and when it arrived, I took my laptop in. They replaced it and it looked good. I didn't use it until the next day. The touch pad wasn't working and I couldn't find the driver. (below you will see where it was) So after I did what I could, I called and made arrangements to bring it in. In the 2 days they had my laptop, they couldn't find the driver so they were installing and updating and still couldn't find the issue. I was told my laptop is trying to do updates and it's trying to go in safe mode and they are trying not to lose my data, to there being a virus on my laptop and all of my data was erased. My laptop was taken back to the factory default. LOST EVERYTHING. Guido told me all I needed to do now was download Microsoft. There was an issue with downloading but Microsoft Techs fixed that issue but they couldn't fix my touch pad problem. It wasn't a drivers issue. I blame me for not backing up my shit in the last five years. So at the end of the day, I paid $169 for a keyboard, lost 5 years of my files, photos, documents (you all know what I lost) due to a virus that NEVER gave me any problems AND STILL MY TOUCH PAD ISN'T WORKING. When I go to Device Manager, under View, under Hidden Devices, (research online brought me here) I find my touch pad device there which states "This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)". Well the drivers are installed and updated. I don't know much about the insides of a computer but what I do know is having a working touch pad to a new keyboard with a non working touch pad to losing all my data due to apparently the nicest virus living in my laptop doesn't make sense to me nor the professionals I've run this story by. In the 8 years I've had my laptop, I never had a virus issue. Well I guess it was my time. My advice, which was from the gentleman at Microsoft is, "go to the larger named computer repair shops because if there were an issue that ran a risk of you losing your data, they would have backed up your data, do not take devices with important data on them to a mom and pop shop." This has been 2 weeks now and the reason I finally decided to write a review is because I need my damn tax papers and the thought of what I have to go thru to get a copy of it has pissed me off again. Although I believe the issue lies with the keyboard installation, I will continue using a mouse before I walk my computers back through those doors. The trust is gone. I came to replace the screen on my black iPhone 7 today and dropped it off . I came back 30 mins later to see the black phone had a white screen so I asked him if why isn't it black and he got an attitude and said there's no more black screens . I'm just wondering why I was not told before paying the phone was going to look like an Oreo . He proceeded to have more attitude when I asked him if he can switch it and forget about the home button . I call back 2 hours later and asked if he can take a home button off of an old phone and put it onto the one he fixed he answered with attitude and then I came to bring the phone and he took 10 mins to tell me it doesn't work with more attitude like if the guy hates work or something. I paid the $45 for the so called "labor " which is more than if they provided the home button which doesn't make sense . Honestly I've gotten my screen fixed here three times three different phones, my dad has gone here twice for one phone, my mom for once for one phone, and I can say they do a bad job, the screen replacement suck as in they are temporary and cheap, my family all had similar problems as in screen slowly started to fall off, one time I went back the same day because my screen wasn't even stuck on the phone lucky they fixed it for me again it last alittle longer but not as long for the amount of the payment, yes it's cheap cost but that's cause they are cheap.. we don't recommend this places unless you want to play a game of chance to see if I get and successfully fixed, thank you read more
