Buyers BEWARE I went in to this store to upgrade my 3 lines. Ended up only upgrading 1 because I felt like I was being lied to and trying to hustle me for more. I had promotions on my Verizon app and the lady there was like no you don't have that but we can do this and I told her no I'm looking at the promotions on my app specific to my account and then she said oh yeah I see it now. Well upgraded to I phone 16 pro with discount and was supposed to only pay 13 dollars and when I get my bill nothing 31 dollars a month she upgraded me with no promotion discount. If the staff here are good at one thing it's providing the worst possible customer experience. No greeting upon entering, in fact you're completely ignored, and even if you decide you'll wait nobody will come up to you in that time to provide you with a wait time estimate or even any kind of assurance that you will be seen or heard. I know there was more staff as I can hear them and saw them go to the back but it seems they were unavailable to help or simply provide an update to customers. I understand 4 customers with different needs can be a bit much for one person, but surely not enough to at least give guests an estimate. Definitely need better customer service. Only one associate there on a Friday night, no electronic devices for customers that just need to make a payment. Everyone waiting seemed frustrated and the associate was taking her time and having an irrelevant conversation with the customer she was assisting. In early August '25, my partner & I were in need of new phones immediately. Andres Diaz from Victra Verizon was our help that day. Our goal was to use the new phone incentive and try to maintain our current price plan. Although the overall pricing was increasing, Andres offered what he could and we were satisfied. We did have some billing hiccups, but Andres was there to address and correct them with Verizon. I am just now able to view our next and upcoming bills and can now say, Andres really did pull through for us. Thank you Andres for listening and responding to each and every request I made. I came in today to upgrade a line around 10:30am and there was a lady working with blonde hair who was already helping a customer. She did not greet me whatsoever or not even a "hello I'll be with you momentarily". Absolutely not one word from her. I could not have had a better more enjoyable experience. I want to start by saying, I had had some very bad experiences in the past from this dealership, so therefore I wasn't expecting much. I decided to give them a try since they are the closest dealer to my home. When I called I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Alejandro who assured me that he would help me set up my phone and that he would not charge me anything. He said that normally there is a $20 charge but he was willing to waive it because he just wanted to help me out. When I got there Alejandro called me over and started working on my phone immediately. He was very kind and very efficient. He helped me transfer my phone data to my brand new phone, and put on not one but two of the protective glass coverings for both screens on both phones. Please keep in mind, he helped me for over an hour and a half, and I bought absolutely nothing from his store. VERIZON finally has an employee who truly cares about his customers! VERIZON please take note, because of the excellent service I got from Alejandro Nava and only because of that, this has become my favorite store. I now have faith in VERIZON because of Mr. Nava. Alejandro and Marcos was AMAZING! I had a horrible day at another Verizon store and left in tears. I came into the Verizon in Perris and walked away with happy tears and with a phone. Alejandro was very knowledged about Verizon and the device. I really wanted a phone that wasn't in stock but he came up with different solutions. Thank you so much you guys! I rather pay more for better service than pay less for the WORST service. I'll definitely be back for future devices. Please do not go to this store as they use tactics to manipulate price on their end only for it to come out more expensive on your end. They don't honor trade in values even after it was discussed in person and agreed upon. They'll promote deals like possibly an Apple Watch or Internet device at good price (or free) only for it to cost more or hidden cost. This Verizon isn't a corporate store they don't have to abide by the same rules please be cautious and check your bill immediately after. PLEASE be wary of them and their manipulation. After being on tech-support for about three hours, they still were unable to resolve my issue. I had to find out from the 888 customer service number that the store cancelled the order after I called the store 3 times asking what needed to happen. I spoke with Alejandro 3 times and he asked me to call the Customer Service number to cancel the order so I can come into the store and reorder it. That how I found out they messed up. Employees at this store have no ethics when it comes to keeping pricing that they promise. My mom recently was told by Mario that she can come in for trade in of her phone and get 300 off new iPhone. Of course today the promotion is magically over and now only 100 . As current verizon customers in family of 6 this is very disappointing that they make false promises to those who dont really know how phone companies run. I personally came with her and with the card that had such promotion written and was told it was old etc. very dissatisfied . My wife and I(plus family)visited this store on 04/04/2022,and spoke to a rep named Mike,and told we were unhappy with our current carrier(ATT)he stated that they had a promotion that would allow us to leave them and come there.We did so and was told that they'd pay our last bill(with a rebate)but he didn't know how to do it,so he instructed us after we left ATT and came there the very next day to bring in the bill and the manager would finish the transaction!We came to that store for 2 weeks,called,brought bills everyday and nobody could help us!We then called 800Verizon and they claimed to have expedited our claim and would contact us in 7-10 business days,NOBODY has contacted us and this is August 23,2022!BEWARE OF THEM AT THE PERRIS STORE THEIR ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR COMMISSIONS,not the customer or consumer!My wife has been put in the credit systems and check systems because of VERIZON and their need to make money instead of offering a legitimate business!I rate them at A NEGATIVE 1000!!! Wow. I wish I would have read the reviews before visiting this store location. I too was also taken advantage of by false promotion promises as well as upcoming Bill charges which are way higher than what I was promised. I can now no longer afford my service because I was promised that my bill was going to be $200 a month. My bill is now at $350 a month. I was also told that I would be receiving $200 credit per line which was also false information. After contacting Verizon corporate office they informed me that since I went to this retailer and not a Verizon corporate store there was nothing they can do. So I went ahead and reported this location to the better business bureau. After many failed attempts of trying to resolve this issue with store manager Stephanie nothing has been solved. They lie just to get a sale and now we are the ones stuck with a super high bill which nobody could afford. Away from this location please. Also tried contacting vitra corporate offices well they were very unhelpful and unable to resolve this issue as well. all they do is lie here just so that they can get commission please take your business elsewhere you won't regret it. This place is garbage. Every time I have a question they would send me away and tell me to call customer service. It's like they don't want to work or help you so they will tell you to call customer service. They also try to charge you for things they shouldn't be charging you for. For example, I bought a glass screen protector at the old Verizon next to Dominos, before this one came to Perris, and they told me if it ever cracked they would replace it for free. I came to this one and they were telling me I had to buy a new one. I knew they were trying to rip me off so I drove to the next city and what do you know, they replaced it for free. Another time I needed help transferring my contacts over to my new replacement phone and they were trying to charge me $20 when I know they do it for free. I drove to the next closest Verizon and what do you know, they did it for free. It's sad this is the only Verizon in Perris, but don't go here. Driving to the next city maybe a drag, but the drive is worth it compared to getting ripped off by this place. read more
