Male employee was complaining of having a long and busy day. Newsflash; that's called a job. I have one too as a Supervisor of a World Language Dept. with many staff and students. And I don't/ can't refuse service. As a result, he wasted my time and did not help -- just flat out refused a reasonable request. A call was just placed with a complaint against him. Surprised to see the negative reviews. Walked in, waited less then 5 minutes. Was helped by younger teenage looking young man. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Polite and friendly. Verizon bundled my telephone, television and internet about three ( 3 ) years ago with the Promise to INSTALL FIOS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. This has never happened and when I call Verizon I am informed that it will be many years before they will hook me up. Houses within a mile from me have FIOS. I tried to talk to the manager (young man dark hair) about an issue with a product I purchased from them for my phone. He was more interested in lecturing me about the superior product that I purchased even though (screen protector)had to be replaced twice in less then 3 months for cracks around the edges at a cost of 5.95$ each time it's replaced by mail. My issue is you have a manager there more interested in talking then listening to the customers, especially with his degrading smarter than you are attitude. I have never cracked a screen protector ever until these two. Need help with phone think hard before you go here. I just wanted to be heard. read more

Minus 1. I had this cell service since it was called Altell and got it right after Hurricane Charley hit us. I got mine from a cell phone store on Tamiami Trail which was one of the only places that was open during those times. Was there a couple of months ago needing help, having a senior moment and the male manager ( manager trainee? ) was extremely rude to a point where I left my cell phone on the counter and told them to enjoy it. I've had an aircard Verizon account for over 6 years. I wanted to increase the data, UNDER THE PLAN I HAD BEEN using. I could have gotten 20 for what's now the price for 15. I couldn't do it online and called. Bottom line, Verizon screws longterm customers. There is NO reason to stay with a company that chooses to do this to customers, I was told I couldn't keep my plan; that any changes meant I lost my 'longevity and loyalty to the company'. The day after I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint I received a phone call from someone in Verizon Executive Office who said discounts can't be be combined or "stacked". I was receiving a $40 a month loyalty discount for several years. The salesman in the Verizon store said that I could keep my plan and my discount and get an additional discount for being a First Responder. My monthly cost was supposed to increase only by the cost of the new phone minus a $300 trade in and a $100 loyalty discount for the new phone. That amounted to an additional $11.11 a month for 36 months. My projected next monthly bill was over $150. I sent this representative from the executive office a screenshot that says the First Responder discount will not affect other discounts. He insisted that it could not be done. I paid for my new IPhone 13 by credit card and canceled my Verizon account. If Verizon Executives can't provide what was promised in the store, and verified on their internet site, After being a loyal customer for over 11 years, I don't want anything to do with them.
