Every time I come in there's always a line that takes at least 20 minutes, I've never waited less. There's times I've waited over 45 in line just to make a quick Amazon return. Today the line was wrapped around the inside of the store and went outside as well. There was 3 employees and for about 10 minutes all 3 employees were just going through packages and ignoring the line. Then they still have the nerve to tell a customer that she needs to wait outside because there's too many people inside. Mind you it's hot outside. read more

GOOD SERVICE, but... a hot mess nonetheless. I pray for these UPS people sometimes because the folks who come in here are some of the rudest Karen's I've ever seen. I like how the UPS staff are polite and do their best to remain professional. However, something has to be done about the insane line situation. Every time I visit, the lines are out the door like it's a block party and naturally people are upset because of the odd line management. Today, I dropped off a labeled package (as I usually do) to prevent waiting in line. The usual drop-off bin that's at the center of the store was gone. I waited in line until I saw an older woman approach an attendant and drop it off with him. I went up and did so and the guy was AMAZING! He was in his twenties, super professional. He took my package and I was off my merry way. I was happy but perplexed because the bin was helpful and prevented confusion, I hope they bring it back! The store is very small and has limited P.O. Box space. There's an Amazon drop-off but one of the kiosks were broken. Overall, I still return because I truly appreciate and value the staff here I just think they need a little more order. Prices are decent for shipping out items. TIP: Check-in for a discount on in-store items. read more

Customer service is terrible (blonde girl). There was a long line so I went to use the self kiosk machine since I've done it a million times before. It had an error and told me to get an associate, went to a girl who was standing there just to ask her if she can take a look at the machine real quick, she said that she can't do anything about it and told me to get in line. Defeats the purpose of having a machine if it doesn't work plus she couldn't take a min to just go look. I'm trying to help you out by doing your job for you so you won't have such a long line, but was pushed away instead. I'm in customer service and customers should be your number one priority, especially if it was just a simple question. read more

We have been with the Hemet UPS Store renting mail boxes for many years. Going through the Covid out break was a REAL HORROR for customer service and we stayed with the UPS Store ONLY for the excellent service we received from Terri!!!! She is a smart lady that actually cares about all Customers. Terri always goes BEYOUND in providing excellent customer service. I feel good seeing her at the store for I know she is very organized and keeps things moving. I had to get an express mail. The post office doesn't do them anymore. The post office claims they don't do express mail because they don't have any labels for them so I had to go over to the UPS store to get express mail done even though it's a very expensive to send. I was glad that they did it there. read more

The Amazon return kiosks have been "out of order" for months. Why do they even have them??????? I tried emailing the manager and of course it was rejected. The Amazon return kiosk has not worked in months (it seems you purposely disable them) The line for service is ALWAYS out the door. None of the employees care or even try to expedite service. They stand around and chat like there's no one else waiting. I'm guessing you don't care because there's no other option in Hemet. She has so much knowledge about shipping and everything that goes on in that store. Hopefully she will promoted to manager soon. I have been coming to this location for years now and the staff are very friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome from the time you walk into the location. Today I had to get a live scan done. I came early in order to beat the crowd. But there was only one staff member and I feared she may turn me away until another employee came in which meant another trip. Mrs. Sandoval not only helped me but being alone she made sure each customer got the attention they deserved. She multi tasked and never lost her customer service spirit. For crying out people print your labels at home if you can. This will help speed up the line cause then you can check them in yourself. If you have a label pre printed there is a self scanner, do it, Don't stand in line. It's all you people who don't re seal returns and don't have labels who slow things up. I came into this business not knowing exactly what the process was in returning an Amazon purchase. It's my first time. There was a line with about 5 people in front of me but seemed as if it was going pretty quick, maybe 8 minutes. When it was my turn I was greeted properly by the lady (I wish I remembered her name) and I showed her what Amazon sent me. I had it ready on my phone before I left the house because Hemet has terrible signal and most places even if they offer free wifi still have issues. I am SO glad I did that because this business does not offer free wifi. Apparently when doing an Amazon return there should be an option "No Printer? NO Problem". I never got that option so I had to step outside to try to sign back on to see if I could change it. I could not get the signal to work. You can use their computer to sign on to your Amazon account for $2.00 and then send it to their printer. That is the option I elected. I had to stand in line again but the young man recognized me and allowed me to come up to the front. I was not happy about paying but I guess that was my fault (or Amazon's). My only complaint is that the mouse on the computer was Nasty! With viruses going around maybe some antibacterial wipes sitting right there would be great! I already had a printed label for overnight and just needed a legal envelope so I can use the self scanning/ shipping area to ship docs as I'm working. There was a big line of people returning their Amazon things at 11am on a Thursday.. 4 people working but not too sure how efficiently. I just asked to thr curly hair girl with glasses an overnight legal envelope so I can take care of the rest myself. Feels like she was confused and told me "you have to make the line for that ". She could have just hand me the envelope and be done quicker. You should take example on other locations who know how to handle business. Excellent customer service and pleasant staff. I needed to get a mailbox and Terry helped me. I had a million questions. She was patient and friendly throughout the entire transaction. The store became slightly busy and they handled it like pros. There were four employees, including the manger, and they were all great. I recommend this location. read more

I'm very disappointed with this store. Especially with the manager. I help manage an insurance company and we handle a lot of confidential information and I wanted to get these documents shredded. Since it's very CONFIDENTIAL information the last thing my company would want is - for our clients information to be jeopardized. I called to ask about their shredding process. I asked to speak to the manager to get a more detailed response. The girl who answered the phone said the manager was on their way out. I thought maybe the manager could've taken a few minutes to talk to me but instead they just left. I also understand that maybe I called at the wrong time, however when I was asking basic questions about their shredding services they were just blunt and not understanding at all. I forgot to ask a question and I called back, and again the girl was not understanding at all instead she just tried to shut me up and tell me something I didn't even ask for and rushed me off the phone. (I called to ask how frequent someone goes to pick up the boxes of paperwork but before I could ask she bluntly said SHREDDING IS 10 cents a POUND) I work in customer service myself and I understand, we get busy. You're with a customer? Ok put me on hold or offer to call Me back. There's no need to rush a customer off the phone. Also, my husband called to ask questions about the shredding services and he told me a whole different answer than what the first girl Told me. ( the girl told me the shredding service goes once a month) Sorry but how can I trust this store with confidential information and they can't tell me the correct times or process of the shredding service. I don't like to complain however, this store really left me disappointed. I just needed a store to answer my questions and be understanding. Instead they were rude and inconsiderate of my concerns. This is a great UPS Store location! I mostly come here to return Amazon packages/rentals and I've had a good experience every time I've visited. The store itself is very clean and tidy, and they have proper social distancing stickers on the ground to ensure each customer is six feet apart, which I appreciate. Their customer service is seriously so amazing and I have never spent more than 2-3 minutes inside. I'm greeted by a friendly employee and before I know it my package is scanned and I'm out the door with my receipt. The process really could not be any faster or easier. There's also plenty of parking since this location is in a big shopping center. If you're looking for a quick, seamless UPS Store experience, I highly encourage you to visit the Stetson location. This UPS store is the worst shipping, packing and PO box store on the planet. I cancelled my PO box because it was getting more and more expensive while the service was getting less and less. The last straw was their remodel. After completing the remodel, the box I paid for (more than any other location) was no longer mine. Now I have to come during office hours and they have my mail behind the counter. At the same time my rates went up again. I took in a return the other day carefully packed and they made me unpack it so they could throw it in a plastic bag. Today I brought one in unpackaged and they want it in a box. During the Christmas rush i took in consideration the crowd, only 3 people working... but i still have not been refunded the blanket "you mailed". It went to a wrong address. You said it should come back to me. I have not been refunded. Where is blanket? Secondly. I returned an item for a friend. I was not given a receipt or tracking. Partially my daughter. Tho you started talking to another customer as I waited. I payed for the box. Talk continues.. i said are we done? Yes she said you can go. So we had no way to track the return. When will the store be ready, construction complete? People coming in were confused where to go as there looked like two lines. I took on getting lines straighten out.
