The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. I decided to go ahead and he indicated that as soon as he got the screen in, he would notify me and the repair should not take more than 24 hours, once the screen was received. Through a corporate discount program, I am eligible for a 25% discount on accessories. After a half hour wait, an associate called my name. He brought me a Zagg screen protector that was priced at $59.00 and told me that he didn't see any indication of the corporate discount and told me that it did not apply. This happened to me once before at the Clifton store, so this time around I came prepared with a paper from the Verizon web website showing my enrollment in the program that entitled me to the discount. He told me there is nothing further that he could do and that I should call the billing department if I had any questions. I went ahead and called them and on-line, the discounted price showed up. The support person from the call-center was much much more knowledgeable than anyone in the store, and much more helpful. This was not the first time I received terrible service from the Clifton Commons store. Although the store manager was off, the acting store manager was very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. My recommendation is to avoid this store if it all possible.

I just need all my information transferred before the phone dies. He: If you want to buy a new phone elsewhere we can transfer the information on to that phone. huh? One: I can't transfer without more power. Two: I am not the main account holder. I said I know this. I gave him the number and my number. He was easily able to look up the account but refused because he needed the account holder ID. "Face to face" I asked if needed to scan the license? No. He was able to text a code to my phone! Again, I said nothing is changing, I just need a new phone with the same number. I will buy the phone right here, right now so it does not go on the bill. He saw my name on this account as well. He just kept telling to call customer service. Why does verizon bother having these stores. They are just not helpful. Just a bunch of bodies.
