It is not like the dresses here are inexpensive. The man that works there, Johnny, is nice. But he is seriously lacking in a lot of responsibility, reliability, and overall customer service. ( we even had to ask him if he was high at one point, seriously). I walked in with the bride and the rest of the bridal party. We all chose our own style of dresses, yet we stressed to him how important it was that all the dresses were the same exact color. He said yes yes don't worry they will all be the same color, he seemed so calm about it so after a being a bit skeptical I decided to trust him. Note, we tried to get the cheapest dresses, yet we paid $97. Dresses come in a couple of days later, my dress was the wrong color, another dress was out of stock, the third dress came in the right color. To make this easier, we all decided to wear the same dress (the one that came in the right color). Therefore we let him know and he said he would order them. About a week later the bride calls to ask for our dresses. He said there was a slight problem. The car where all of the dresses were in was impounded (who knows why) and all of our dresses were held at the impound. Dresses finally make it back to his shop. We can't pick them up on Thursday (2 days before the wedding) because they are being "altered".The bride finally picks them up and hands them out. They fit us all super big, I got a 2XL, when I am a size 5/6. And let me tell you, these dresses are not altered at all. I know what an altered dress looks like and these dresses were in their original state. Another weird thing, the dresses were filled with cat hair or something, so disgusting. And they were super wrinkly. This was a very stressful situation, thankfully my mother knows how to alter dresses. There is no way I'm taking it back to actually get altered one day before the wedding! I do not trust them at all, who know what could happen this time. Wow was this a harsh experience. Especially for the bride who has more things going on. And another thing when the bride walks in she sees some girl working in her dress, her dress was laid out on a table, and she saw many customers grabbing it and what not. Like I said if you are a bride the last thing you want is more stress, so I suggest to think about it twice before you decide to come here.

She was recommended by the Bridal Shop that I purchased my dress, and I was lucky enough to secure appointments in store. For my first fitting, I especially appreciated that she explained each alteration that needed to be done and why, along with additional info/details regarding the fabric itself, and how it behaves. She also provided recommendations for certain things, that made it clear she's very experienced in this area. The bodice on my dress had to be taken in a little bit, and Alice made a point of asking if I wanted regular bra cups or push-up bra cups sewn in. I would normally have gone with the regular cups, but she mentioned that the push bra cups help make the bust look fuller on the outside for photos, whereas the regular cups would make it look flat. It's the details like this that distinguish a good job and a great job. I absolutely recommend hiring Alice, my dress looked amazing and she is wonderful!
