The battery in my phone was almost dead. I called them, and was able to set up a "same day". I…read morewalked into the shop and there was a lot of people. Leading me to assume that I was going to be without my phone for a day. The counter girl asked for my email and said it would be about 30 minutes. The kid doing the work confirmed that yes, it would take about 30 minutes. So i handed my phone over and did some shopping. I came back about 30 minutes later, and sure enough. The repair was complete. While i was waiting in line to pick up my phone. The Tech kid was explaining to customer when its a good time to replace the battery, and when to get rid of the phone. Found their conversation enlightening. I paid the $80, with a thank you, and out into the world i went. The only knock I would give them is the credit card "surcharge". Which I was told about at the very beginning. So if you go there to get your phone repaired. BRING CASH... I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I brought my iPad to the Don Quijote location on the same day I inquired about screen repair. I…read morespoke to Joy which was helpful in letting me know the estimated price as well as what locations are available for same day repair. I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.

This gentleman was already helping another customer as she was packing up to leave. She took her time but he was very patient. He acknowledged me and said he would be with me after. I appreciated how he acknowledged me, the. He made sure the other lady left safely. The process of getting my new phone, getting it updated, transferring everything, and opening up a 4th line took a while, but the guy, John, was VERY patient and great. He made sure to answer all my questions and even let me wait in the store till everything was complete just so I didn't have to come back. John really took care of everything and he valued me as a customer. The process was easy and he explained everything well. Thank you John!!!

Poor customer support on the phone and I always need to go into a store after speaking to a rep for over an hour. If you are thinking of switching carriers be warned!!! AT&T is horrible. I am locked in for 36 months and I dont want anyone else to have to suffer through what Im going through. If you travel internationally, their roaming plan sucks. If you prefer apple care and want insurance, it is very different from Tmobile. I am only able to do a group insurance that covers only a couple phones at a time. It CRAP. No apple care. I highly discourage the switch to AT&T.
