While I was there, I met Lisa. We discussed iphones in general and after speaking with her for a little while, I found myself ordering a new phone! I wasn't there to get a phone for me ,but Lisa provided great information and a low-pressure sales pitch that convinced me I should go ahead and get a new phone. I can't say enough about her knowledge and expertise. She was friendly and helpful. Although she was much younger than me, we connected on a level I wasn't expecting. When my phone arrived, I took it to her and she downloaded/transferred all my data and generally cleaned up my phone. She was a professional and such a pleasure to deal with, I felt I had to write a review to let you know what a valuable employee you have with Lisa. In past experiences, this has always been an ordeal, often requiring trips to several Verizon stores before finding someone who could actually help us with setting up a suitable plan with a US SIM card. So we were expecting the experience to be just as arduous and painful as it has been previously. We were so lucky to have encountered Chris A at the South Orange Blossom Trail location in Orlando. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable and helped us get the exact plan set up that we needed, while also making us comfortable that we were getting the best deal. We also wanted to purchase baby headphones for our toddler daughter to wear on our overseas flights, and although the store we visited didn't have them in stock, Chris took it upon himself to drive to another Verizon store to pick up the exact ones we needed, in the size and color we wanted! We were so blown away with the impeccable service he provided. We hope he can help us again next year when we visit next. I've been paying for phone insurance which offers free unlimited battery replacements and I finally…read moredecided to use it. Super easy to pick a vendor and I went with uBreakiFix here as it showed the battery I needed was in stock. The store called to make initial contact which I thought was nice. I stopped in on a Sunday when they opened at noon and was greeted quickly. Gave the employee the info and he validated the insurance claim, was quoted 2 hours for the battery replacement and informed that the screen protector would likely be shattered in the process. There was a slight issue that required another 30-45 minutes after the initial time estimate. By the end of it all the battery was replaced and phone working like new. My main recommendation would be to make it right when it comes to screen protectors if installed as some can be expensive. If something breaks in other industries the repairman will normally try to make it right and replace whatever is broken in the process I think that should be included as it'll cost me at least $20 to get a new one for something that should've been entirely covered.

The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business
