We dropped our phones off at 8:00 a.m., and just two hours later they were completely repaired. One phone needed both the front and back replaced, and the other needed the back replaced, both were completely shattered. They fixed everything perfectly, and the total cost was about half of what other places quoted us. Now let's talk about the staff. They are incredibly positive, friendly, and professional. Everyone there was knowledgeable about the products in the store and happy to answer questions. Their attitude and customer service were so impressive that we actually canceled our phone upgrades with Spectrum and decided we'll be going back to Mr. Phone Pro to purchase our new phones instead. We ordered the phone on the phone with a rep (not at this location) and picked it up later that day. I had trouble transferring my number over from cricket. I wasted over 4 hours on multiple different phone calls going round and round with tech support. Feeling frustrated and irritated, my friend and I stopped by this store as our last resort. Thomas and Davi jumped right on the case. We sat in store for about 2 hours while the store reps and tech support tried working through the issues.
