Yesterday, settings opened by itself and scrolled to the page which has multi-control. Multi-control was already enabled. For those that don't know multi-control allows someone to remote control your device from another phone, computer, etc. Not cool. I disabled it. I was told diagnostic would be done before any repairs. My phone won't last a work shift without draining the battery completely. I used my phone twice last night. Once to turn it on to send a text but never got a chance to type it and, the other was to have someone ring my phone. That's it. I leave work and my phone was at 27%. My phone was at 94% when I left home. How did they run diagnostics and not notice this ridiculous battery drain? It wasn't like this before. I will be buying another phone from my carrier because this one is going in the trash or getting traded in for another one.

disclaimer: i wasn't actually assisted through a service here, but i had a peerless experience…read morevisiting this location with excellent floor management. i have no idea what his name is, but a man greeted me immediately after i signed in on the tablet. he saw my bag of equipment and asked if i was there to drop off or exchange the equipment only or if i needed anything else. i told him i only needed to drop it off. he kindly and patiently let me know that all of the employees were assisting customers with mobile service, that most of the people in front of me were also mobile customers, and that the wait would likely be longer than an hour. he suggested a spectrum drop-off point at a nearby ups store less than 10 minutes away as an alternative. we left and had the equipment all packed up to send in less than 20 minutes from that interaction. he saved us a ton of time waiting, managed the queue for his colleagues, and overall ensured that our experience there was short and sweet. if that's the type of management i can expect here, i would definitely return for any concerns.

Still had the same damage, only the glass was changed. When the glass was changed it was glued down uneven and eventually cracked the glass again. Maybe because the LCD was uneven it stressed the glass? Also was told to pick it up the following day and they needed to keep it for an extra day couldn't pick up until 5:00 the following day and it's was done as expected. I'm super busy and don't have time to keep going back when it should have been done right the first time.
