I've lost $413.06 to cheap and poor products…read more Had our screen replaced with the LCD option for our iPhone 16 pro it came out to $195.66 after taxes and fees. About 30 days after, the screen was damaged on the inside physically, and no longer worked. (Image 1 and 2) The screen was in my opinion delicate and not durable whatsoever. They replaced it at the store with the higher grade option and gave us $30 off which was kind. From my recollection, I recall that it was communicated to me the screen had a better visual quality and was more durable. They installed the higher quality screen at $217.40 after taxes and fees. (Image 3) About 6 days after, the screen is again damaged. (Image 4) It shattered with a common drop from a couch cushion in a case. I understand that I dropped my device but screens do not break like this from common and reasonable handling. This more expensive and higher quality option again was delicate and not durable. Phone screens do not break like this. These cheap screens feel like a scam. I am dissatisfied and upset. Please heed my warning and do not have your screen replaced here let alone purchase their other potential cheaply made products that may result in a similar outcome. I wish you luck and hope this buisness can do better for its future consumer.
