I was exchanging phones with Verizon corporate and there were extensive pop ads coming from a 3rd party app I mistakenly downloaded. There were also issues with a sim card & connectivity as well. I originally went to a Verizon company store but because their focus is entirely on adding new lines of service and selling you a new phone they basically don't care coupled with no support. The team here worked tirelessly on getting this issue resolved at no charge. Unbelievable great customer experience & without any reservation would recommend them as your cellular provider or for any cellular issues that may come up. read more

Adrian was extremely helpful not only in helping me upgrade my phone, get a phone for my daughter, and adding my mom to a family plan, but also in getting rid of duplicated cloud storage (was paying for both) as well as troubleshooting a few things. This is the best location in Tucson. The employees are amazing. We left another location in town because we were unhappy with the staff. We had a brief wait (as they were busy) and then we were helped by Daniel. He was awesome. He was able to help us super fast and he was very friendly (even made us laugh several times). Understaffed and minimal Apple iPhone options. I arrived on a Friday morning and there were three employees a,or easy helping other customers. After waiting five minutes, I asked if I could just go back and look at the iPhones. They had 4 options, but only the 12 products. I had wanted to compare the phones that are available online. After more than 15 minutes, additional customers arrived. It didn't appear that I would be helped any time soon. At this point, I gave up and opted to order online. I like supporting local businesses, but I expect better service. This isn't rocket science. read more

If I can give a 0, I would! Be alert to the store if you want to be pushing around digging and tracking your ordered phone yourself!!!! We ordered three phones from them on 7/2 and was told we would get our order in 2 days and said they would call us when order arrives(nice promise, huh?!). We didn't expect 2 days, it was 7/4 weekend. We called a week after, was told the order had a delay, call back next day to check again. But what about the promise of calling us when the order arrives?? The answer appreantly is "we are too busy, cannot call you, please call back." Whatever, we have been calling since then. Look at what day it is now?! 7/21??!!! 2 days??!! Someone do the math! Then we were told we needed to contact UPS to find the order. So we called UPS, they said package was lost. Then we called the store, they told us "we will discuss with our district manager to resolve this issue, will call you back in 10 minutes." Next thing we know, the district manager is not at work, we will get a call back the day after then the day after. How many days do we need to play "the day after" game? We called again today and was told by a different employee, "contact Verison yourself." REALLY?! TCC, get yourself together! Stop the fake promises, train your emplyees and maybe get a distrcit manager who actually works?! And someone updates the hours on Google and tell your corporate that you guys actually work one less hour than the said hours! Very disappointed, first and last time do business with you FOR SURE! read more

I wish I could give this store one star. Short version: if you want an unprofessional, lack of information provided, and no employee respecting you and your time then this is the store for you. What I thought would be a simple easy process because very complicated with the employees there not providing correct information. I went in with my sons broken phone to trade in to get him a new phone. after explaining what we wanted we were never informed the phones we wanted needed to be ordered until the employee took it upon herself to order one of the phones on our plan with out verifying its what we wanted, then said she was unable to cancel it. After having to place a second order for the correct phone, which came in first, we then had to wait for the incorrect phone that was ordered to come in to "cancel" then to active it. The next problem that happened is I explained to three different employees that I wanted to pay the phone off in full at the time of purchas only to find out three weeks later that there is still a balance. Everytime I've asked questions I have only been given the short version and no correct information. highly disappointed with how I was treated and my whole experience with this store. read more

I called ahead to ask if they had time to assist me with a trade in, since I had been previously turned away by another Verizon store that was closing 2 hours early. The customer service rep said yes come on in this was at 4:45pm. When I arrived at 4:55pm I was greeted and asked to wait as they finished up with a customer. They pulled up my account and got the new phone ready in the meantime. At 5:45pm I am told that they do not have time to help me anymore and to come back tomorrow. I am so disappointed in the quality of customer service. read more

They would not let me leave with the phone I purchased. Rude, talked over me constantly. I understand the dynamics of a Verizon Retailer, I used to work for one. The fact I was treated poorly from the time I walked in the door I can't get over. The three ladies working there today had a chip on their shoulder. The young lady who tried to help me the most was kind but short tempered because the other two were. I'm at a loss of what to do. We purchased three phones today. Two are being shipped and the third we needed right away due to work. My confirmation email said I needed an ID and purchase card with me, when I showed up they didn't even ask me for those, they asked me for something I didn't have. Needless to say I left with out the phone I purchased and completely upset. read more

Buyer beware, TCC is not a Verizon owned entity. I recently bought 2 new phones for my teenagers online with Verizon. I had difficulty converting one phone, so we went to the TCC store at Thornydale and Tangerine. Cost me $30 to get my son's phone converted, I upgraded on a pad which I'd purchased previously. The sales rep put the onus on me to communicate to Verizon to cancel the old pad and activate the new pad, which happened to be a different phone number. I spent over an hour at TCC, then 90 minutes on hold with Verizon. I found out, once I reached a Verizon rep, had I gone to a real Verizon store I could have saved money on activation, saved time on converting the pad, and avoided double dipping on the old pad number and the new pad number. They don't tell you that at TCC. So, I will be paying on two phone lines for 3 more weeks for the pads, one that's cancelled and the new one. I can call Verizon again and get the double dipping charges waived, but that will be another hour on hold. The rep at TCC also filled in the customer satisfaction survey in advance of check out with a perfect score. So I had no opportunity to provide real feedback. Unfortunately, I noticed this after the fact, shame on me. Lesson learned. If you live in Oro Valley, go to the real Verizon store on Oracle. You will save money and time. And perhaps you won't get duped. read more

We have been Verizon customers for years and were in the market for new phones and a more reasonable plan. We visited a Verizon store and received the worst service ever...We saw this business in the Fry's shopping center, decided to stop in and so happy we did so! The salesperson was busy with another customer but he stopped to greet us and let us know an employee was on their way from another store if we wouldn't mind waiting. The young man, Eric Edwards, arrived soon after and took great care of us! He was very friendly, professional, took his time with us and treated us as valuable customers. We walked out with new smartphones and a great plan. He activated both, gave us a tutorial and answered our questions. We highly recommend this business...give them a try and you will not be disappointed. read more

This store is incredibly helpful and friendly. Went in to get some help with setting up a new I phone which I had received as a gift. Eric did everything for me and there was no monetary incentive for him! Please keep this store in mind for all things Verizon! read more
