Jesus checked out the phone and found that the screen was in perfect condition and it was only the screen protector that was damaged. He replaced the protector as quick as a bunny and we were on our way within ten minutes. Jesus was kind, knowledgeable and professional. They have three locations in Tucson so they are very conveniently located. I'm thankful we found them and know that we will take all of our techie stuff to them in the future.

But this phone was on its last leg! Not only did I upgrade to the most current iPhone, I also moved carriers. Clearly the new carrier is Verizon. Now that I've given the history and my "iPhone bio", let me tell you what changed. In comes Michael G. He was knowledgeable and listened to everything I said, even the details of how I liked to travel, job life , etc. I mention this because upon receipt of the quote for all the new gadgets and services, Michael had customized the plan so that it covered domestic and international travel. Most wouldn't pick up on that, but he did. He was also acutely aware of how I did not want to be going through the process of setting up a new phone, watch, or an iPad and he did it all. I have to give a shout out to his manager. He was awesome. I was a walk-in later in the evening and they didn't rush me. He offered me and other customers water as we were waiting. He was very thoughtful with all customers. Sidenote, there was a very cranky individual this particular evening and the staff and the manager handled it with grace. So, I guess you can say that I loath the process a little less now. Thank you, Michael and team Verizon! Let me not forget to mention that I also went back today because I was having issues with some of the apps and again I walked in late, but they made sure they resolved the problem even after they officially closed.

As of October, this year, I acquired address 2. Cox has been great to me so far, so I started a SEPERATE line at address 2 (using yet another amazing promotion). Up to this point I am now moving out of address 1. I saw on the website that we can transfer service to a roommate (which I have at address 1). Called them up, took a few tries, but eventually got WHAT I THOUGHT (and made sure to check) was address 1 disconnected and switched to the roommate. Went into my cox account to learn they switched ADDRESS 2, taking me out of my newly started promotion and still having me associated to address 1. With how long this has been taking and for it to mess up this bad, I am PISSED. Drove to COX on Campbell, took a couple breaths before I walked, and laid it out for Roxy (employee I was chatting with). Super calm, cordial conversation. And that's where we are at with 4 stars. Online COX customer service needs some serious work (i will avoid using it again). In-person, COX is amazing, super kind employees at every location I have been at, and really are looking to help. My case is still in process, but up to this point COX on campbell has been a 5-star experience with how my situation is being handled. It will be a certified 5 if they can satisfy this case. I had a system put in my car with a Rockville 6000 W peak mono block amp for my 4000 W subwoofers…read moreand a 2000 W four channel Crunch amp and what were to be Orion six inch and the four door speakers two 6x9s on the rear deck and two little tweeters in the front as well turns out the Orions were too deep for the doors so I had to go with a slightly lesser brand but it all sounds absolutely phenomenal they also put a regulator of some kind in I can't remember what exactly they call it I don't have my receipt handy but that was a good call as well because it gives me the opportunity and ability to finely tune all the speakers and subwoofer together in a system that now shakes the concrete around my car at half volume. Ended up having to do a lot of extra work but kept the price for everything in my budget which was important. I just had my 65th birthday and I have to say I've never had a professionally installed sound system in my car that even comes close to what I've got running now thanks to SoundFX. If you want a sound system put in your car by professionals true experts in their field I recommend SoundFX to be one of the only places in Tucson to get this kind of service and satisfaction.

I had bought a high-end Kenwood unit from Crutchfield with install support. With all the components, including a Maestro data system, there was no way I could install all of this even with the custom instructions. I called Sound FX and they said to bring in all the parts and they'd take a look. I did, and they said no problem and did the install right away and even hardwired my brake controller and customized the stereo so that I'd be able to turn on the backup camera whenever I wanted. I wanted this so I could see the car I tow behind my RV. They did it all for way less than the other shop I called.
