The care I received at that location truly meant more to me than the two men who helped me could ever know. I came to this location on the recommendation of a trusted friend after a very difficult experience at another Verizon store the day before (the location of the 1st store was: 27512 W Lugonia Ave, Suite C, Redlands, CA). At that previous location, my mother and I were treated with little patience and a lack of respect when we asked for help understanding our contract options. My mom had recently been in a serious car accident that caused a traumatic brain injury and affected her memory, so we genuinely needed things explained clearly and slowly. Instead, we were made to feel stupid for not understanding our options quickly, which resulted in us walking out without updating the majority of our existing lines. Walking into store #951-262-48 felt completely different. Matt greeted us with such a pleasant and genuine welcome that it immediately put me at ease. When Trent became available, he took the time to really listen to what we had gone through. He didn't rush us, didn't make us feel like a burden, and treated my family with so much patience and compassion. He explained everything in a way that finally made sense and never once made us feel uncomfortable for asking questions. Because of Trent's kindness and support, I was able to add multiple lines to my account and even purchase gifts for my family just in time for Christmas. Matt and Trent's help might seem like a small thing, but for me their support was huge. I hadn't updated my phone in years because life had been heavy -- between work and caring for my grandparents while they were in hospice, finding time for something like updating my phone felt impossible. Unfortunately, when I had finally made an effort to upgrade, I was met with disrespect at the first verizon store i I had visited this year, which was incredibly discouraging.
