I'm giving four stars for the young person working there. There store is small, typical of a Boost Mobile store but the patience of the worker there was a pleasant surprise. The cost is outlandish when comparing pricing online but it's not specific to this location. This is for all locations which many customers may not be aware of. Parking is severely limited in the direct area but the plaza has many shopping options. I'd suggest parking in an open area as some people were posted in areas that lend to unfortunate circumstances for the unaware. read more

Terrible Customer Service went back to return phone 7 days later after the blu tooth wouldn't work.... They wouldn't take the phone back.... Nothing wrong with the phone still have receipt... Not that great of service either read more

Absolutely Hate this place and the people that work here. they are very rude especially when it comes to fixing a situation with my phone. I had just purchased a phone 2 days before I wanted to return it . When I asked the cashier to take back the phone because It didnt have the feature that I asked for , she got on the phone with a supervisor speaking only Spanish and the on the other end I could hear speaking clear English. she told me that there was nothing that she could do for me, I told her to check the video cameras to see the date that I bought the phone and to see if the cashier gave me a receipt. She refused. I truly believe that they are bias toward non-Spanish speaking people. A friend of mines who was there with me that same day said that they treated him the same way because he is black also., So glad I am no longer using this company as a phone service. read more

After a miserable experience at the Boost Store in Wheaton (boost phone purchased there in January..no power, no charge, on Fathers day no less, where the counter girl said shes not allowed to touch phones, but we could buy one) we took a chance and went up to Montgomery Village...totally prepared to buy a phone if we had to, but definitely not from the jerks at Wheaton. So glad we did, Elsie was a joy, she pressed all three buttons at once and presto! What a sweetheart. I'll make the trip next time. read more

The Store Manager, Jessica, was extremely knowledgeable. My brother and I were thoroughly impressed. She has a vast knowledge base and cares about informing and empowering her customers. I do not even want to give this store a 1. They are the worst provider in the area. The owners are horrible and do not want to honor anything they promise in the store. They told me when I purchased 2 new phones with a family plan that I had 3 days to exchange the phone if my son did not like it, never did they ever mention that it was to be done at the same time that you purchased the phone. I called to exchange the phone within the time frame and was lied to and now they said they can't honor the phone because I'm past the time. When I called to speak to the representative about exchanging the phone, I was on time. This store is a rip off. This is the second time they did this. I'm warning you, do not buy anything from this store. Not to mention, they do not even have enough staff to properly wait on you and explain everything they need to tell you. The exchange policy is a very important policy to explain. They should highlight on the receipt to make sure the consumer knows the proper exchange policy. Buying a phone is a time consuming purchase and when you have two people working, the store filling up, the one person trying to help the customer, take payments, activate phone, all these receipts all over the place it gets to be a mess.
