That was the first red flag. When I questioned it and asked the technician to open the phone in front of me, he refused and told me to come back the next day. That lack of transparency immediately made me uncomfortable. The next day, after insisting, the situation became even more suspicious. I was shown a battery that supposedly came from my phone, but it had specifications that didn't even match my device (wrong capacity, no Apple branding). That raised serious concerns about honesty and professionalism. At one point, when I stepped away briefly, the technician suddenly "completed" the battery replacement. This time, my phone immediately displayed a notification saying the battery was not recognized as genuine. That clearly showed that the previous visit, no replacement had been done at all. In the end, I requested my original battery back and had it reinstalled because I no longer trusted the parts or the service. Once reinstalled, my phone went back to showing the original 83% battery health, confirming that it was indeed my original battery all along. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. A customer should never have to question whether a service was actually performed or not. Transparency and honesty are essential in this type of business, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. They told me that it will cost $125 and approx 5 hrs to repair. Initially I thought the time and price was fair but not great. Due to time constraints and the convenience of it being down the street, I obliged. Upon receiving my repaired phone, I noticed SEVERAL and I want to emphasize SEVERAL chips and scratches along the interior part of my phone where the glass fit. I brought this to the attention of my sales rep and of course he pretended as if he had absolutely no idea what happened. He proceeded by asking his repairman what happened and he acted as if he couldn't care less. Later I noticed dirt and dust underneath the glass and they just said, "well, you know...we have to find a way to repair the glass. I never noticed anything being there before." WOW. What a response. He eventually took $20 off of the repair cots. Nevertheless, avoid this place at all costs.

When I arrived there were customers standing around waiting for assistance. The mgr finally asked what brought me in today. I explained the situation and he stated he would need a copy of the POA in order to add me as an authorized agent or user. I had the POA but had to wait for assistance. There were 5 customers ahead of me. So I figured they had all been helped and just waiting for their phone. 30 min turned into 90 min before someone finally assisted me. Other customers were getting aggravated that no one had come back to check on them. Most were requesting upgrades, accessories, and status of orders . From what I observed, there were 5 staff members working the floor. One was new so she had no idea what she was doing. She was signing everyone in and informed them the wait was approximately 90 min to 2hrs. Some left others added their name for call back. I understand every customer deserves your undivided attention but when you have a floor full of customers and there are only 5 staff members you must have a plan to assist your customers. No customer should be waiting 60 to 90 min before they're taken care of. After the first 6 customers were taken care of the mgr disappeared. Not sure if he was on break or lunch but he could have told us and that someone else will assist us. I asked where was the mgr bc he initially told me he would assist me. The new staff member just said oh he's in the back . So I asked another member to assist me. He pulled up my dad's account and added me to the account. Confirmed the delivery of his phone. We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.
