They sold me a business plan with five lines under a promotion where new devices would be free. They said that the promotion will kick in after three months. Well it has been four month and I don't see any refunds reflected in my account for the excessive amounts they have been charging averaging $400+ per month for five lines with three new iPhones and two BYODs. Contacted Verizon twice. First time they created a ticket and I never heard back. Now I am on the phone with them and they are saying there is no promotion on my account, and to contact the location where I purchased the plan and the devices to inform Verizon about the promotions. I brought my laptop to this location to have a replacement part ordered and installed for the back plate. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. First, I waited a week for the part to arrive. After receiving a text that it was ready, I brought my laptop in and was told the repair would take approximately 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called for an update only to learn that my laptop had not even been properly entered into their system and no work had been started. I was told it would be addressed that day. Several days later, I called again and was informed they had the wrong part. What is unbelievable is that nobody from the store ever contacted me to let me know. At this point, they had already had my computer for over a week and a half. Because I work from home and could not continue waiting indefinitely, I picked up my laptop. When I spoke with the store manager, Stephen, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. Everything was someone else's fault, and there seemed to be no concern whatsoever for the inconvenience they had caused. The worst part came when I got home and discovered a screw protruding through my laptop screen. That damage was not there when I dropped my computer off. The laptop had been in their possession for more than a week, and now it had new physical damage. I contacted Asurion for assistance. They attempted to help, but because this location is independently owned, there was little they could do. The store then claimed they never opened my laptop and even said they reviewed security footage. That statement makes absolutely no sense because employees opened my laptop multiple times in front of me while I was physically standing in the store. If they truly reviewed the footage, they would know that. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied everything, refused to address the damage, and effectively blamed the customer. Everyone makes mistakes. The real test of a business is what happens after a mistake is made. This store failed that test completely. Poor communication. Poor management. No accountability. And a refusal to stand behind their work. If you value your computer and expect honesty when something goes wrong, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, if your device is damaged while in their possession, don't expect them to admit it or make it right.

Also, no apology. I needed a new battery for my Moto G Stylus, which is a couple of years old. They needed to order the replacement and said it would take 3-4 days. It's a 2-year-old Motorola, so that seemed reasonable. The person at the counter said they'd keep me posted, and the receipt said they would call me in 2 days. After a week, I called to check on the status and was told their records showed it was "out for delivery", but they couldn't give me a date. Several days later, the tech called my wife to inform her he broke the screen when replacing the battery. He apologized and took full responsibility. That was appreciated. Again we were told it would be 3-4 days. I would expect that since it was their fault, they would have paid for expedited delivery this time. There was no word while I waited for the repair. After a week from talking to the tech, I called (Friday) and was informed the screen was expected by 4 pm the next day, which would be on Saturday. They'd let me know if it came in early, but the worst-case scenario was that it would be Monday before I could pick it up. I finally received a call that it was ready 16 days after dropping it off. When I went to pick it up, the counter person was indifferent and charged me the full price of the battery and service. (They did not charge me for the broken screen since it was their fault.) I asked them to consider a discount due to the inconvenience of the extra 9 days without my phone. He said he'd check with his manager in the back. He said his manager said policy didn't permit discounts on shipping delays because it was out of their control, but the best they could do was to knock $10 off the total. I responded that any alleged shipping delay was directly attributable to them breaking the screen which was their fault. He held his ground. A paltry $10 was a missed opportunity to keep my business. The least the manager could have done was get off her ass and talk to me directly and offer a sincere apology for my inconvenience. They probably don't care, but I'll take my business elsewhere in the future and tell anyone I know to do the same.

We came to the location right away and located Curtis who was the gentleman that was going to help With my phone. The suite/office is located inside of a building. The location has a lobby waiting area, however Curtis let my daughter and I wait in the office as he fixed my phone. He told me and showed me how my battery had extended (physically it was making my screen bulky), which was contributing to my battery life being horrible with my phone. He literally was done fixing it within 20 minutes and the phone's battery was at 77% once he was done fixing it - so I didn't have to wait to be able to use it. He was knowledgeable, kind and quick. I would return for other services and would recommend him/RDU cell phone repair to others in need of services. I paid around $75 and they accept digital payment. They also buy devices as well!
