I went back the next day and stood in that store for over an HOUR, while he gave me ever excuse why he could not print my bill. When I finally saw it, I realized the screen protectors he just put on our new phones and said he was GIVING to us, he charged us for (we never even Asked for a screen protector). Also, and most importantly he totally added expensive perks and additions to our lines, without EVER even asking us!! The Verizon mobile protect was added to each line (at $19 per month) and NetFlix was added to my account (at $13 per month). I had to be persistent and fight to get that stuff taken off my account and get a credit. He just assumed I would walk away without checking and he would get his commission - or maybe sales metric as others have mentioned. Go to a Verizon Company store!! not this place!

Sierra never gave up and finally we were able to get the correct code from Verizon and get my phone set up..During that time, while we were placed on one hold after another, she waited on other customers and never lost her cool. Several seniors came by for assistance. She handled their problems, treated them with kindness and respect.. I am 87 so also a senior.
