I have used this perk before and am familiar with how it works. Instead of assisting me with my request, Keenan appeared to use my account to meet a sales metric. Rather than adding the second number perk correctly, Keenan added an entirely new line to my account and used my device's second IMEI so it appeared as a discounted second line, when in reality I only have one phone. In addition to this, he added multiple unwanted perks to my account (HBO bundle, Disney bundle) and a protection plan, effectively duplicating services for a phone I do not have. I was also charged a $40 activation fee, which he claimed his manager would waive, but it never was. As this was happening, I began receiving multiple emails from Verizon and questioned him in real time. He blamed the system for adding these unwanted features rather than taking responsibility. That evening, I spent over four hours on the phone with Verizon customer service trying to correct the issues. My bill had increased by over $100, and while support attempted to fix the errors, it caused further problems, including my cellular data not working. Verizon ultimately had to rebuild my account entirely. At that point, I gave up. This situation occurred because an employee prioritized meeting a metric over ethically helping a customer. As a result, I am now out of money and forced to deal with the consequences of an improperly set up account. I feel relief no longer being a Verizon customer, but this experience was unacceptable. Do better, Verizon.

Honestly, I expected to feel rushed since the store was already shutting down -- but Rose and Brandi completely changed that experience. These two were absolutely phenomenal. Even though I kept them late, they never once acted annoyed or impatient. They stayed positive, answered every single question I had, and truly made me feel like they cared about helping me get everything back up and running. Their professionalism, kindness, and patience were next-level. In a time where genuine customer service feels rare, Rose and Brandi delivered world-class service with smiles on their faces the entire time. Experiences like this are exactly why I'm glad I chose T-Mobile -- and especially this location. They've earned a customer for life. If they're not there, I'll honestly come back when they are. Thank you again, ladies. You were both a breath of fresh air during a really stressful situation!

When the upgrade ran into a minor technical glitch, he checked one page on his screen, made two inaccurate guesses about account promotions, and immediately gave up. He didn't ask a manager for assistance or call their support line to fix the issue. His "fake nice" demeanor made it clear he simply didn't want to exert the effort for a standard upgrade, likely because it didn't net a major commission. To prove how simple the fix should have been, I walked out to my car and completed the entire upgrade myself on the T-Mobile app in less than two minutes. Poor service and a complete lack of effort. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

After checking the system and going through the diagnostics, Jamie (I don't know if I have the right name, apologies to the nice man who helped if this isn't your name) did a hard reset and voilà my tablet works again :) I was thinking of buying the newer Air iPad with the M3 chip: unfortunately, there were none with the 1Tb I needed, and the 512 GB just isn't enough. The store was busy being a Saturday, but there were many helpers so no one seemed to wait for long. This store is the one I've been going to since buying my first Apple watch many years ago: still my favorite.... even though I didn't get the 1TB ;)

I've been shopping at the Apple Store since basically the beginning of time, back when iPods were…read morecutting-edge and not retro collectibles. Between personal and business purchases, I've probably spent enough to personally sponsor a section of their glass walls. So when I say this was my worst experience ever, I mean it. So here's the adventure. I'm at work, my wife calls and says her iPad is full. Easy. I hop on Apple's site, load up a top-of-the-line iPad with all the extras. Then I decide to finally do something about the fact that I'm deaf in my right ear, so I add AirPods Pro to double as "hearing aids." I even add engraving to the headphones so I know which ones are mine at home... because apparently my master plan is to label the only thing I can't hear out of. Anyway, everything shows as available for same-day pickup, so I decide to swing by the Apple Store Santan Village on the way home and avoid the whole "who's signing for packages" situation. I walk in, ready to grab my stuff. And immediately become invisible. I try one employee, they turn and talk to someone else. Try another, same thing. At this point I'm genuinely wondering if this is a social experiment or if I actually don't exist. Eventually I find someone who helps. Nice enough guy. I hand him my order to scan. He doesn't scan it. He asks what I ordered. I tell him. He then realizes he should probably scan it. We're really firing on all cylinders here. He goes to grab my stuff, disappears, and someone else comes out with just the iPad. I ask about the AirPods. "No headphones." I show them the order. "Oh... yeah, there are headphones." He goes back again, comes out and says they're not ready yet. Not ready? I got an email saying they were ready. Turns out because they were engraved, they're not actually there and won't be for a few days. Which is impressive, because the website made it sound like everything was good to go. So now the solution is to cancel the order and just buy them again in-store. Perfect. Nothing like redoing a transaction you already completed. I cancel it. The guy helping me immediately turns to help someone else, so I get to stand there again, waiting for round two. Eventually we redo the purchase, and magically, non-engraved headphones appear instantly. So to recap, the one item I specifically customized is the only one that didn't exist, and the only reason I added engraving was so I wouldn't mix up the headphones I literally bought because I can't hear well. Solid system. End result: I spent thousands of dollars and somehow felt like I was inconveniencing everyone just by asking for help. And here's the real kicker. I didn't walk in expecting to spend a small fortune. I had already spent the fortune. I just showed up to pick it up. I'll take my business to Chandler Fashion Center or Scottsdale Fashion Square next time, where hopefully acknowledging customers is still part of the experience. Avoid this location like it just told you your storage is full.

They carry high quality off brands and OEM accessories such as cases, screens, battery and charging equipments for phones, iPads and tablets. The Staff here have an excellent customer service. Alam, assisted me with exchanging my phone case that I bought a few days ago, because I've decided to get a different phone. He was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable that I just have to have him put a new screen glass protector cover on my phone. It literally took him like 3 minutes. They fix phones within 15-30 minutes. Wow, he was fast and perfectly precise with his job. I highly recommend Celltech to everyone that need some fixing on their phones and etc.

It is the Kiosk, 2nd Floor, Chandler Fashion Mall, right outside Barnes and Noble and the kids play area. Please see my review below. Run from this place if you want your phone to function after "repair"! I took my phone here on a whim while shopping at Chandler Fashion at the end of May 2021. My screen had a spiderweb crack for over a year since pre-COVID, but still functioned perfectly otherwise but I took it to get fixed because I wanted to sell/trade it in crack-free. The progression is that this place completely broke my phone's screen/LCD and made it worse after several visits because they never put the screen on properly, blamed me, and said their "warranty" wouldn't cover it. Over several visits we only saw and dealt with a young, short, brown skinned guy with close cut hair and his taller older brother (ponytail). See below for details of this telenovela from hell if needed. 1. Within TWO days of them replacing the screen, the phone had a fingernail size crack in the corner right under where the Spigen case met the top portion of the screen. This made no sense as this part was protected by the case and I hadn't dropped it. In addition, I noticed they broke my phone's speaker because I could not listen to voicemails, videos, or talk on speakerphone. I took it back due to their "warranty". "Okay, younger brother calls older brother, we will order a speaker and call you in a few days, and give you a screen cover, but we can't fix the cracked screen because you probably dropped it". At this point, annoying, but I cannot prove otherwise. 2. We call them, take the phone back to find out they ordered the wrong speaker. Younger brother calls older brother, they say come back in a few days. Mind you, we don't live across the street from this mall. 3. Bring the phone back again on an evening after work, they fix the speaker, they "do me a favor" and put their protective screen cover on it. Thanks, appreciate the cover, it literally just slid off after 1 day as it was not the right size, whatever. The next day, I notice that the screen is kind of springy when you scroll, however, I'm thinking I'm never dealing with this place again, and not taking another trip to the mall, I can live with this until I upgrade soon. Silly me! 4. Within a few days, the screen is feeling more springy (it is moving up and down while touching which it shouldn't be) so I remove the Spigen case to look at it. The phone immediately started blinking, and turned yellow and black from the pressure from removing the Spigen case!!! The LCD is ruined?! I scroll my finger from top to bottom and notice the screen at this point is as bouncy as a swimming pool diving board and must've been getting looser the more time that went by. Apparently the only thing holding it together to function okay this long was my cell phone case?! I'm also convinced this is why the new screen cracked in two days because it was not secured and constantly moving against the edge of the Spigen case. 5. I take it back again that same day, at this point I just want my money back, the phone that was working for over a year w a cracked screen, now has an 100% loose and unreadable screen and I can see the damaged LCD below. The older brother is there now, and says he remembers me; again he's "going to do me a favor" (repeats this several times) and fix the phone, come back at 1. Still being cordial, I tell him I'm not sure how this is a favor though because they told me it's under warranty, and I haven't done anything wrong to the phone, it was working fine before I took it to them. He laughs and tells me he's doing this favor because he gets paid regardless, so he doesn't care what happens, and if I were to tell the company this, they will not do anything to help me so he's trying to help me out. I'm in disbelief like, dude, this is a lot of talking, accusing, and excuses, I don't care how you get paid, or want to talk about it a lot after the 4th attempt at fixing it, I just want my phone to work the same way it did before I paid you to fix it. Omg! He then said the screen would not be the way it is, if I hadn't dropped it or done something to it, or it's the case that I have (proceeded to inspect the Spigen case like it is an alien from outer space). Then he says it is not their fault because something happened to the glue holding the screen on and that's usually from dropping the phone. Lol, wwwhhhaattt??!!! But he'll do the favor, come back at 1. 6. Return to pick up the phone this evening and they are unable to fix it and must dispute with bank. So now I am out of $200 without a cellphone. Complete frauds!!!
