I had a highly disappointing experience at this store trying to upgrade my phone. The associate who assisted me, "J," was entirely unhelpful. When the upgrade ran into a minor technical glitch, he checked one page on his screen, made two inaccurate guesses about account promotions, and immediately gave up. He didn't ask a manager for assistance or call their support line to fix the issue. His "fake nice" demeanor made it clear he simply didn't want to exert the effort for a standard upgrade, likely because it didn't net a major commission. To prove how simple the fix should have been, I walked out to my car and completed the entire upgrade myself on the T-Mobile app in less than two minutes. Poor service and a complete lack of effort. My phone was hacked and I panicked. I brought the phone into this location. It was a Saturday afternoon, so it was busy. Clavin, the technical representative was there to meet me as I walked in. After I told him what happened to my phone. He said, "No worry. I will take care of it for you." Upon hearing his comment, my heart race slowed down completely. Sure enough, within 5 minutes, he fixed the problem and I walked out of the door happy and grateful for a courteous and knowledgeable T Mobile representative's amazing service. read more

Extremely Disappointing Experience I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 25 years, but this store was a complete disaster. I went in to set up home internet, and the staff had no idea what they were doing -- they took photos of my driver's license three different times, asked for my Social Security number repeatedly (out loud in front of everyone), and then called someone on the phone, expecting me to share it again with a stranger. After 25 minutes of confusion and zero professionalism, I walked out and went to Verizon less than two miles away. The difference was night and day -- quick, professional, and done in under 10 minutes. Save yourself the headache and go to Verizon instead. read more

I like their senior rate because I'm over 55, I also have home Internet, which I have had go out and spin and lose connectivity for a minute or two on a couple of occasions over the last four months but really those interruptions have been mineable while I'm watching TV. read more

I went to a location close to my home and they told me they couldn't help and redirected me to this corporate location. I really thought I was getting the run around, so I wasn't hopeful as I headed to this location. They completely restored my belief in GREAT customer service! I was greeted in a very friendly manner and my issue, which I thought would be complicated, was resolved thoroughly and quickly. I have been with t mobile for 8yrs, all has been good until they suggested a Alcatel wi fi unit. From day one didn't work passwords were wrong!! 2 trips to store and they said got it working, but I get home and not working!! So for one year with calling about once a month no resolve. today after 2 hours they said it's out of warranty and tried to sell me an upgrade!! Waited a while for service just to be referred to a hotline. Then was told I needed to go back to the store. Upon my return I waited nobody greeted me and nobody added me to the que. Wound up having to go to t-mobile in costco and it took two seconds to fix. Unfortunate waste of my time. read more

Wait times here are over an hour every time despite hardly any customers in the store. The employees here are clueless, their system is ancient and slow. Rudest employees and service I have ever had with T-Mobile. I would have been better off going to the Queen creek store by my old house. These guys don't let you finish talking. Act annoyed. And are flat out rude. I wish I would have gotten a name. 2 of the 3 were stuck up and thought they were better than everyone. He said too bad can't help you with billing. Any other store has called and got things on the right track. He didn't want to take the time. And by reading other reviews. It's not the first time this crew has been called jerks. Doesn't help that there is NO T-Mobile service around that store. My phone didn't pick up bars until I was a mile away. Verizon looks nice right about now. read more

Store has a long wait. Service is bad. Make us wait for a long time . when they could have done things more efficiently. Most of the people were here for tmobile Tuesday pick up they could ask if thats service anyone was waiting for and taken care of lot of requests. This is just about T-Mobile at large. I have been a customer for years and have been relatively happy, until now. I pay a lot if money for my family to have phones and to have I insurance on them. I have had my latest phone for two years and just cracked the screen. Now, Assurant is telling me my only option is to pay $99 for a new phone to be shipped to me??? There are T-Mobile locations ALL over the Phoenix metro area. There has to be a location within a reasonable proximity to get my phone screen fixed! I am terribly unhappy with T-Mobile & Assurant right now. For your sake, I hope you both have great PR firms, because I can't be the only one who is furious with you! read more

Please save yourself time and take your business elsewhere. After being a loyal customer for years I will be taking my business elsewhere. the employees here a misinformed and will say anything to get a sale. I went in just inquiring about upgrading. the sales rep asked if I was a first responder and I said no but I am a nurse. She said that I still qualified. so I traded in my husbands phone and upgraded mine. I was told that we would get $1000 for my husbands phone and a discount on our plan. In the end it was going to be about $30 cheaper each month with the upgrades. It was a no brainer so I did it. I get the bill and everything she said was a lie. Nurses don't qualify for any discounts. We are only getting $400 for our trade in and our plan isn't any cheaper. Instead of our plan going down our plan went up almost $40/month. Nobody is willing to accept accountability and make this right. I will be going over to Verizon where they do offer nurses a discount. read more
