They were prompt on returning call after leaving a voicemail on July 4th. We were quoted $220 to repair hubs Galaxy S10 and it'd be $290 + LCD repair + tax with a 1 hr. Turnaround time. We decided on looking into promotions through my carrier and was able to upgrade instead for a fraction of the price, so financially speaking we spend $100 instead vs. $300. They specialize in iPhone repairs and in the past, it was cheaper to get a screen repaired elsewhere for my hub's Android, so technically 3.5/5, but they were fast and we would've gone if in an emergency with no upgrades through current carrier. read more

I was a little hesitant to bring my iPhone to get the screen replaced vs using my phone insurance to get a new one, but when insurance told me it'd be $225 to replace my phone I decided to look into get the screen repaired instead. Fix master mobile had great reviews so I figured I'd call them to find out a price. For a normal iPhone 7 it's $100 to replace the screen. I asked if they'd cut me a deal to replace two phone screens so they discounted me and my boyfriend's phones to $90 each. Our phones were done in 30 minutes and the screens were in perfect condition. They offered us a glass screen protector for $10/ per phone so we opted to have them install them on our phones. They quickly and perfectly placed the screen protectors on our phones. Because it's laughably convenient. --- --- --- My wife has dropped her phone 1,000 times with no consequence, but drop #1,001 proved to be fatal, as it resulted in a ridiculously cracked screen. I don't care much about how a case looks - I just go straight for the Otterbox, knowing I could drop it from 100 feet in the air and nothing would happen, but she goes more for "cuteness" when picking out a phone case. But just like in dating, it's more than just about looks. I immediately Yelp'd to see which places nearby offered to fix iPhone screens, and Fix Master was only about a mile away. It seemed like there was only one person working, and fortunately, he did not have any customers ahead of us. He let us know that it would be about 20 minutes, so we did what any normal person would do - we walked over to Little Donut House. It ended up taking about 30 minutes because when we returned, he noted that there was a little bit of water damage that he cleaned up, as well. But that extra 10 minutes couldn't have been more pleasant, as he handed us the remote to his TV, which had Netflix and all of the other apps out there. My wife popped on a movie (which she watched 7 minutes of) and I enjoyed playing with the highest-grade fidget spinner that I've ever seen. Guys, for real, this was serious spinning I was doing with this thing. It was almost worth the $85 alome to play with that. Got a screen and battery replaced in my iPhone SE. My original screen was working fine until I dropped/cracked it. Fix Master quoted me at $50 for a new screen. They replaced both battery and screen in 30 minutes. When I came back to pick up my phone I noticed a visible difference in the video quality of the screen. I asked if the screen was from the manufacturer or after market. They said since the phone was an older model that they didn't have any Mfr screens. I was fine with this at first, until the middle of the touch-screen stopped working 2 days later while I was on vacation, which made the phone unusable. I had to spring for a new iPhone on vacation because the repair would have taken too long. If I had known that the screen wasn't from the manufacturer, I would have just gone to Apple. My iPhone 4s was cracked in multiple spots (from 3 different breaks, haha) and they fixed both the front (including the lcd screen) and the back of my phone in about 30 minutes. They also tested various aspects (speakers, camera, etc.) to make sure they functioned properly before and after they replaced the panels. PLUS, the guy helped me put on a screen/scratch protector... because lord knows if I did it, I would get all those bubbles. While getting my screen replaced, there was a teenage boy getting his phone fixed because it mysteriously went black and wouldn't work. The mom seemed very frustrated and I was impressed by the knowledge of the person who was backing up and restoring the boys phone so it would work again. I didn't even know they did THOSE kind of repairs. Just in case, I thought this was good to know. Turns out I had a bent wire causing a short. Its so nice to have a working phone again! They did refer me IPAD Rehab in New York and said that they might be able to help me. They specialized on board level fixes for computer devices. Well, I am happy to report that IPAD Rehab was able to fix and restore the contents of the iPhone to working order. My phone had fallen out of my pocket on a ride at Busch Gardens and was not retrieved until the next morning. I had my screen replaced yesterday on my iPhone 7, and when I got home I quickly realized (after paying $145 + extra for a plastic "tempered glass") that it was a refurbished damaged screen! The touch sensor intermittently worked and I couldn't do anything on my phone! I spoke to the friend who recommended them, and he said the same thing happened to him, but that they repaired it - so he assumed it was a fluke. I took it to Device Savers (W Dale Mabry) and they confirmed, that it was a damaged refurbished screen - they replaced it with new one and it works perfectly! Although I had to pay twice, I was willing in order to avoid more junk parts! The craziest thing is that the legit screen costs less than the refurbished one. To be fair and honest I never even called these guys, as I said I just didn't want to deal with the damaged parts. They were friendly, and did the repair in less than an hour - I'm just warning that they purchase and use damaged/resealed refurbished parts which aren't tested and are faulty! read more

11/17/2019. Had to update and let those know to be careful doing business with this company. They list a 90 day warranty on their website. I decided to do business with them because of this. After 60 days my phone was not cracked or anything but was doing these wired flashes. I brought it back to them under warranty. They would not honor it. They wanted to charge me an extra $130 bucks to fix my phone citing it was not the screen that they replaced. I took my phone to Apple and the guaranteed that is was the screen they used to fix my phone that caused the problems. I would be very careful dealing with these people. Get your "entire" guarantee in writing and what they will repair. I understand they are a small business but when you don't stand behind your product or warranty the entire yelp community needs to know about it. Buyer beware!!!!
