A female rep ( just had moved here from MI) told me that this was the last week that I could get a "Free Samsung Galaxy 8 Watch Phone with Falls Alert Protection" as I had told her I was looking for one for my wife who has Parkinson's. She said that I could get 2 of these watches Free + a reasonable monthly fee+ *Insurance that she said I could drop in *3 months. Turns out these watches DO NOT signal for 911 when you fall. I had a bad fall & it didn't call 911. Our Monthly T-Mobile bill has doubled randomly with multiple charges of $1. Spoke to a Supervisor who said it would take $700+ to pay the balance for the 2 "free watch phones" or she said, "Maybe you could sell them online". To say that T-MOBILE has had a serious decline in the 14 years we've had them is an understatement. Calling their Corporate office in "Bellevue, Washington today. Very understaffed, expect long waits. After they shut down a bunch of the smaller locations over the last few years, the remaining stores are much busier, so every time I've been recently, I have been advised that there would be an hour long wait. i spent almost two hours here with someone who wanted to upgrade their phone. it seemed to be a busy day. after waiting around 15 mins, someone eventually came over to check us in. she asked why we were there, we said we wanted to upgrade, and she just said "okay" and walked away. after an hour, we were finally greeted by zoey. she was friendly at first, but when we told her we wanted to upgrade the phone, she said we had to download an app and select in-store pickup in order to do the upgrade. we stated multiple times we would rather not download an app, but zoey insisted with zero explanation that we needed to do it via the app. she then left to go help other customers while we're going through a virtual process that, if truly mandatory, we could have been informed about when we checked in so that we could have used some of the time spent waiting to get the process started. we had to chase zoey down to ask her questions about the app process, which was giving us weird information, and when we asked her about the $35 "upgrade fee" that, according to the app, included free shipping, a SIM card, and personalized set-up assistance, she immediately got rude and defensive and told us that what we were reading was wrong and it was just for the upgrade. i understand if it's a frequent point of contention, but it was the first time we specifically had mentioned it, and some actual explanation would have gone a long way. eventually, we left with a new phone... that we would have to transfer and set up on our own. luckily we consider ourselves fairly tech-savvy, as we are both working in IT, but i literally cannot imagine my parents (for example) going through the process we did today. we did speak with the manager, dulce, about our experience. she was apologetic, but ultimately nothing was done and we were just told that she agreed we didn't have a good experience. we won't be back here and you should definitely try other locations before stepping foot in here. read more

after decades with T-Mobile for phone in service I found out they are totally incompetent. Their staff are totally untrained. And the management are morons. I went for a simple process to change from one phone to another because your battery issue. The result I have lost all of my business emails all of my business text messages and all of my business contacts along with all of the stored data for all of the auto pay companies like Lyft etc. etc. The management and the training of the staff is miserable so I'm taking my business elsewhere after decades. Had a very negative experience with Roman S today. We had purchased a phone for my husband via the TMobile app but ended up purchasing the same phone in store the next day. We were unable to cancel the order, but were advised by customer service on the phone to bring the package into a TMobile store to process the return. This policy is also clearly marked under the website as "Shipped to you: return to a T-Mobile store Return your device or accessory order at any T-Mobile store or contact us within 20 days of when the order shipped." So we knew that this option was available to us. We went to this TMobile store and Roman while outwardly "polite" couldn't hide his unwillingness to perform this task. He claimed he had "no way" of doing this, despite us advising him that customer service told us to do this and that it is clearly marked on their website as a matter of policy. He kept making excuses as to why he could not process our request. He claimed he would call his manager to ask and to see how to complete the process, but he never did. We kindly asked him to contact customer service for them to advise him of the policy and give him guidance on how to process the return. We understand if you don't know HOW to do something, but your responsibility is to find that out if you don't. Instead of asking the representative on the phone, AT ALL. He immediately said "I have a customer here who is trying to return his phone but we can't do that here, can you send him a shipping label?" He made no mention AT ALL about what customer service had told us nor did he ask how to return the phone. At this point our patience had gone to zero. We told him he did not want to help us and was not helping us. We walked out immediately. We ended up going to the International Plaza location and they helped us complete the return in less than 10 minutes. It obviously was too time consuming for Roman to do and it would have taken him away from sales for his commission. He did not ask for assistance from corporate nor from his manager, despite telling us that he would check with them. Right in front of our faces he tried to get the representative to just send a shipping label instead of asking the representative how to do the return in store like he said he would. This laziness is disgusting and indicative of the work ethic at this location. A good salesman understands providing assistance to long term customers for non sales tasks like these can be an opportunity to build rapport and that same customer can come in two weeks later and generate you a lot of commission. We have been looking at purchases, but we wouldnt bring them here ever. We will be taking our business to international where they helped us without question and did not make us feel like a burden. Consumers beware of this location. December 8, 2023 I initially came to this location to print old phone records. When I arrived, I was greeted by an employee a tall black guy with glasses, although I forgot his name, and I apologize for that. While I was there, I decided to make some purchases for myself and my child. I bought my child an iPad, and also treated myself to an Apple watch with some accessories. Additionally, I ended up buying the Onyx Studio 7. The customer service was exceptional, which is why I chose to make these purchases here instead of at the Apple Store. December 21, 2023: I surprised my son with the iPad that I bought for him. Since we were catching a flight the next day, I thought it would be a good idea to set up his new iPad beforehand. However, when I turned it on, the screen started flickering after just a second. I immediately took the defective iPad back to the store, hoping for a quick fix or an exchange. I explained the issue to the same gentleman who sold me the device, and he suggested that I go to the Apple Store as they don't handle these types of issues. I mentioned that it was still under the store warranty, but he insisted it was now an Apple issue. However, his response didn't sound quite right to me, so I paused before leaving. Once at the Apple Store, I had to wait for an hour and a half before being seen. I was really eager to address the issue since my son and I had a flight to catch. Finally, when it was my turn, I explained the situation to an Apple associate. To my surprise, she informed me that T-Mobile should have fixed it for me and provided a new one since I was still under warranty. She explained that the reason they don't do this is because it affects their commission and some employees are simply lazy and don't want to deal with these situations. Another Apple associate chimed in and assured me that they could get me a new iPad, but it would take a week due to the processing involved. However, he did agree with the previous associate's statement about dishonesty, which infuriated me. I couldn't believe that after spending an hour and a half at the Apple Store just a few days before Christmas, fighting through traffic and crowds, I was being told something I already knew deep down. While at the Apple Store, I called and spoke to the manager, Robert. I explained the situation to him once again, and he assured me that as long as there was no damage to the iPad, they could exchange it for a new one. I couldn't help but express my frustration and asked why I was given incorrect information earlier. Robert's tone and condescending manner were not appreciated, and it seemed like he was getting increasingly upset and talking over me. It was disheartening to hear him speak in a way that made me question the integrity of the store. When I returned to the store, I firmly requested that they take back the defective iPad and provide me with a new one. I also confronted the salesperson who sold me the iPad, expressing my disappointment. He said when I left an iPad showed up. What the F does that mean??? You never said anything about an ipad. Your words to me was "IT WAS AN APPLE ISSUE." The fact that he had the audacity to claim ignorance about the issue when I returned the iPad, even though he never mentioned anything about it before. The lack of honesty and the overall fraudulent behavior of the store was deeply concerning to me. I made up my mind that I would never purchase any products from them again, and I strongly advise others to do the same. What made the situation even worse was the fact that there was no attempt to make things right, no apology, and no explanation for the deception. It felt like a complete joke, and I strongly believe that those responsible should be held accountable and possibly even face termination. Selling defective items and then redirecting them somewhere else wasn't right. had the opportunity to do what was ethically right you didn't. Beware T-Mobile's keep and switch SCAM! They don't actually reimburse you, they only give you a run around until you finally have to give up! I have 3 hours of phone calls into them, and all they do is give me a different excuse every time! If you call, you'll get numerous people that barely speak english, and only want to argue! She helped me with both issues and had me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. New phone in hand and a repaired phone, finally working again. I have been a T-mobile customer for over 21 years. The customer care Team has bounced me from rep to rep without explaining my concerns so I have had to reiterate again and again. I was getting internet 5G Gateway but 2 devices were defective. Shutting down repeatedly 16 times in one hour on the second device. As I see it customer relations/ resolution is not their priority. I spent 9 hours on the phone with supervisor after supervisor and Rep after Rep. All they could offer was I'm sorry we will circle back and remove the charges. I am waiting on a 3rd device I asked them not to send. My Team of experts are ill informed, One problem involves many Hours & transfers. I forgot to mention 5G is A Gateway to Hell. I have been with sprint for 10+ years. And yesterday I had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have ever been in. I worked in customer service for 5 years and I know exactly how it gets sometimes so I have all the patience in the world when it comes to dealing with employees that didn't wake up on the right side of the bed. However, BRETT from the sprint store on Kennedy was THE RUDEST, impolite, nastiest person I've ever felt with. He was literally talking down to me and not letting say 1 word AT ALL to explain my concerns. The whole time, Brett would talk over me and when I tried to speak instead of letting me say anything , he would just keep talking and get louder as if I didn't say a single word, with the biggest snarky attitude, rolling his eyes and all as if he didn't want to "deal" with anyone. I really hope sprint sees this and does something about it because I will not be coming back to this store and even looking for alternative cell phone services to live to. read more

I needed to switch from Sprint to T Mobile and I was dreading the experience to be honest. I FINALLY walked into this store 7pm on a Wednesday night and I was greeted by a few employees right away. Robert helped me throughout the entire experience and I am NOT technology inclined. I appreciated his patience and willingness to work with me throughout this process. It took about 40 minutes to buy a new phone and we laughed the entire time. It was actually an enjoyable experience.
