It's never too crowded and the clothes are usually still very neat and organized, even on the weekend! (not sure about the summer/tourists months though) Our savings usually range from 40-60% and we always have purchased something when we have visited the store, mostly clothing/shoes. The staff / team is present, pleasant and helpful. Most staff is behind the register and there are only a couple of people on the floor stocking and organizing. I agree the store is pricey but if you go to the outlet store you can find some hidden gems however either way the material is worth the price. The best part of our time here was we ate at Linda beans kitchen restaurant which was unique and yummy. You would think she would have more homey foods but it was still nice to sit and eat here.

The lines are never unbearable at this store because the cashiers are efficient but they're friendly too! I really appreciate that there's always staff around but they're not pushy. They also have worked really hard to keep this store clean during the pandemic. My one complaint, and this is not Old Navy's fault, is that, without fail, there is at least one guest that doesn't understand proper mask wearing procedure. It's not difficult! It does make me more hesitant to shop in store. Luckily, their curbside option is great! And then I don't have to go in and get germs from rude people! If you're in Bangor, be sure to pop in!

The crafty, community, music, connective options RR offers is much needed, particularly in Bangor. Every time I've gone in (and, truly, I mean to make it in many more times) there are all kind of different folks there - seems to draw a multi-generational crowd, from all backgrounds, and the owner obviously makes it a core focus to welcome everyone. They didn't have them in the store anymore, but said we could order a pair that would arrive at our house in TWO weeks. Two weeks seemed like a really long time to get my Christmas present but we decided to go with that option. They took down our number and said they would call with tracking information. Two weeks later we went in and asked for an update, and asked why no one ever called us.. they took down our number again and said they'd call on Monday. FOUR weeks later, still no boots and still no phone call. We went in to the store and they said we were misinformed, that it's 4-6 weeks not 2 weeks. They couldn't get the tracking information because it was a Saturday, so once again they took down our number and said they would post it to their bulletin board so that someone would ACTUALLY call us this time. Now FIVE weeks later, still no boots, still no phonecall. Called the manager of the store and they said they'd call back in 15 minutes after they talk to the distribution center. A few hours later, the distribution center called and said they got an 8 and an 8 1/2 so they had to reorder it, and suggested if I didn't want to wait any longer I should call the Bangor store again and have them cancel the order. After FIVE weeks of waiting. I can't believe this place!

Plenty of products to meet most shoppers needs here at the Springer Drive location in Bangor. Service was quick even with the large amount of customers within this location. Mardens prices are hard to compete with so don't pass them up when you are in town for your shopping needs!!
