The sales person was very helpful and sized my family member's foot. The sales person also suggested shoes based on what he was looking for, and helped him try on shoes. This store has classic and modern styles. I also noticed a nice selection of UGG, which I plan to get for myself on a near future visit. He found a $100 pair of shoes that looked just like the $130 pair. And, they were on sale for $69.99. So he tried them on and liked them. I went back to Fairlawn to order the suit and then got a call later that night. TURNS OUT THEY HAD THE PANTS THERE THE WHOLE TIME! So I then went back the following day to pick them up and they told me the alterations would take much longer than the lady on the phone told me they would take. They also gave me a hard time for not having the receipt even though I told them that they can easily access my purchase information in their computer. Bottom line: Go to Hudson and see Jim. The older gentleman sucks at the Fairlawn location and caused unnecessary headache.
