The fitting was great and only the pants had to be altered. I came back to pickup the altered suit and it was ready on time and fit perfectly. The dress was never worn, and when I returned it within Dillard's return window, Gabriella, the Business Manager of Juniors, immediately took an accusatory tone and said the dress was "dirty," refusing a refund and offering only store credit. She pointed out the area she believed was dirty, but neither my husband nor I could see what she was referring to. When I explained the dress had never been worn and was in the same condition as when I bought it, she insisted it would not have been sold that way. She later confirmed she had been the one who sold it to me. I left feeling frustrated and wrongly accused. Thankfully, Cher, a Brand Manager, noticed we were upset and stepped in. After hearing what happened, she involved store manager Daryl, who apologized, reviewed the situation, and immediately gave a full refund back to my card. Without Cher stepping in, this likely would not have been resolved. We were ready to leave and never return. Instead, her compassion and Daryl's professionalism completely turned things around.
