Service is awful, if you receive any at all. Rarely staff on the floor to assist, and when they do assist, you are a clear bother. Register staff are no better, and are actively on their phones will ringing you out. It is shocking, especially for Target, that they allow this level of service. This location is notorious for having stock issues, whether it be disastrously stocked shelves with items in wrong places or completely empty shelves. Additionally, and one of the biggest pain points of this location is the amount of goods that are now behind plexiglass, requiring an associate to come unlock for you. This is a stock and service issue, as there have been many times the wait has caused us to simply leave. No one should have to wait 10+ minutes to get an item from the shelf. If you are going to have items that require staff assistance, then you need to staff appropriately. Cleanliness and condition are not much better. Bathrooms are rarely clean, empty containers and trash strewn throughout the store...Conditionally, this Target needs more than a refresh, a good demolish and rebuild would be best. The store is well laid out, packed with clothing on floor and wall racks, alongside shelves of shoes. Clearance section is usually pretty solid for a random pair of sneakers, and some of the prices on the main aisles for shoes are not too bad. Clothing prices are never discounted too deep, better to buy the clothes online or at the a true Nike Outlet store. Service here is hit and miss. There are always a lot of team members on the floor and behind the register, however none of them approach you are seek to assist. It is an odd vibe for the brand, but it is consistent at this location. The store is kept clean and in good condition. The guys in there was sooooo nice! The guy that helped us was Johnny, and he went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable about what we needed. And helped tremendously! He treated my son like a little brother! He taught him the "cool way" to lace his shoes, and made sure he was fitted properly. BOTH the boys working in there that day was very nice and willingly to help. I walked out of this store feeling so good about our experience and purchase. We will definitely go back!!!
