Boots....and more boots of the western fashion. But that's not all....jeans, hats, socks, jackets t-shirts, fashion jewelry and all things cow girl and cow boy. This place rocks the country look. It's laidback and fully stocked. Going to see Willie Nelson? How about Tim McGraw? Need a cool cap to wear when your out pulling your rig? How about some comfortable boots to kick the rocks on the dusty trail? Boot. Barn is the genuine article. I was looking for someone to ride up on a horse! This is the place to find all things Wrangler, Carhartt, Abilene, Justin, Double H, Miss Me, Durango and more! #hitchingpost

Bought my first western cowboy boot from boot barn. Love them. They are Ariat. $235

Okay, I really need to find humor with my experience bringing items to this shop for consignment…read more At first glance, the shop may have been strategically planned out for maximum inventory to sell, but I found the racks too close/tight for comfort. Rather difficult to pull a shirt off the rack and have enough space to put it out in front of oneself to see all the fine details. What disappointed me most was being told the items that I brought in.... which were handmade (double-stitched for longevity), displayed in craft shows, and never worn...that the item "looked worn". The clerk never even gave the handmade denim purse I designed a second look that others have commented was a work of art. Help me out here. What is in the ad for this CONSIGNMENT shop? "Women's Clothing, ACCESSORIES, USED, Vintage & Consignment". I think I see the words "accessories"...which I think my purse qualified .... and even IF the fleece baby buntings HAD been worn, they were still in the very best of condition should they have been "used". The clerk didn't really inspect the small details of the stitching, the embroidered patch or inside finishings. There I was standing there being told MY items were "too worn" next to a shelf of SHOES that were previously owned. Call me a picky, those shoes showed more wear and tear than the items I brought in. I even had a lovely patchwork quilt I made that would fit a baby crib perfectly but the younger clerk said they don't take blankets and didn't even bother looking at what I had brought with me. What I really breaks my heart is that a couple other customers came in looking for some winter shirts that were on a rack. There were several colors of this one style. Sadly, that one style is similar to many of the clothes sold at Walmart. They were waiting for the sale to begin next week which they could get 20% off whatever price the shop would assign. Still, these aren't high quality items even if they were brand spanking new. New doesn't always equal quality. I have to remember that I AM a professional seamstress and not everyone looks at clothing the way I do. Some will look at handmade items and think less of the quality. Or that it isn't as "good" or "will last as long" as store bought or vintage. What helps boost my morale after this experience is remembering a denim jean jacket I designed years back and finally outgrew. I gave it to a friend of mine who always admired it and fit her far better. She had worn it to a visit to a Talbot's (an upscale swank store in St. Paul) she frequented for her work wardrobe. The clerk there admired the jacket and asked where she had purchased it. She replied, "My seamstress made it for me." So if an upscale, high-end, women's shop acknowledged my work with peaked interest, I'm back to finding the humor in this particular situation. The old adage of their loss and someone else's gain must be true. I donated the remainder of my fleece stroller/crib blankets that were pain-stakingly edged with some colorful yarn and have never been used to another shop down the road. You know, the one with the bell ringers every Christmas. :-) So those of you who need to keep your little ones warm when out this Christmas season in their strollers, head on over to their shop. :-)

My daughter found her dream dress but needed to order a different size. The dress took 2 weeks to come in and it was perfect. She does require you to pay $3 for the armpit inserts for sanitary purpose - but she takes it off your balance if you purchase a dress. The owner is so pleasant and even when there are several people shopping - she knows how to cater to everyone. There are thousands of dresses in this store all different sizes and sorted by color, style and length. The best part about the place is the dresses are priced extremely well. Prom is already a time of spending way more money than necessary. We were able to get the dress she wanted at the most reasonable price you can imagine. We have done several events over the past four years with some dresses and excess of $1000. This is not an establishment that is trying to get over on customers. I would recommend her to anyone. Sorry to see our dress journey end, but maybe I will find a reason to buy myself a dress next. Lol!

Super nice customer service as well. The armpit pads are a little weird but understandable with the lack or overage some people choose with their deodorant these days - actually kind of smart.

She asked how she could help, I told her we were there to look for a prom dress, and she told me that they are a "high end store" and unless I'm willing to spend a lot of money, there was no point in me even looking. She then asked me how much I was willing to pay and when I refused to tell her, she gave me more attitude and acted as if we didn't belong there. I asked her if we could still look around and she reluctantly said yes with a disgusted look on her face. The dresses were all beautiful but I felt as if we were being prejudiced against for whatever reason and there are signs all over the store that say in big bold letters, PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE DRESSES. We walked around for maybe 60 seconds and left. We were still the only customers in the store and she didn't say Thank you for visiting or anything at all. I feel like unless I had walked in draped with diamonds and fake eyelashes, I was just not going to receive any service. If you know the movie, Pretty Woman, you know that scene when she walks into the really nice boutique and they turn her away? Yeah, that's about how my daughter and I felt today in your store. My stride from the farthest slot in the lot was me taking this all in and pleased with my first impression of this business. This was my first time visiting this store so the outside should be the precursor of what I should expect inside. Upon my entering the store, the atmosphere was welcoming and departments clearly defined with signs and the layout takes you with ease to anywhere in the store like the yellow brick road leads to the Land of Oz. Ok there's no wizard behind a curtain but customer centric associates sprucing up their departments but aware of shoppers nearby to give a smile and offer support. The customer service counter was overseen by a wonderful woman named, Anne, who has customer service as an innate talent. I spoke with her over the telephone before embarking on my trek to Orange Park to visit this store. She really represents Bealls well unseen over the phone to meeting her in person. The visuals, merchandising and ADA spacing was all colorful and pleasing to the eye and represents the season. Whether clothing or shoes presented on tables or wardrobe fixtures, they were sized and impactful based upon availability and smart design flow and floor plan-o-grams. As a rule of thumb, I'm more of a specialty retail shopper over a department store because of the varied offerings rather than the one particular item of focus I'm in search of. But I was impressed with this department store and the designer selections that doesn't look dated, catering to more senior-like feeling products and clothing fabrics and textiles. It had something for all.

I love using Men's Wearhouse for purchasing suits and shirts!…read more So a back story; about 10 years ago I purchased 2 suits ranging in various colors and styles. Then about 2 years later I purchased 3 more suits. During those visits the sales staff as well as the seamstress were all fantastic!!! The seamstress was especially helpful and did an amazing job back then with the "Tailored Fit". In 2020 I had open heart surgery and during the recovery and where I'm at today in 2025 I lost 25 pounds. As you can imagine those 5 suits DON'T fit anymore!!! I needed a suit for an event so I called Men's Warehouse about getting one of the altered again. They said no problem and it was part of the lifetime alterations since I purchased the suits from them and they did the alterations. I did have to pay for some special alterations on this suit but no big deal! When I picked up my suit today and tried it on it fit perfectly and I think it fits better now than it did the first time. She did the slim cut alteration on it and I love it. So today again; the staff were very friendly even though they were super busy! The same seamstress that did the alterations 10 years did the alterations again and was just as friendly and helpful! Added note; I looked through the marked down section and saw a dress shirt that fit me perfectly! Normal price was $79 and it was marked down to $14.99. Oh yes love the shirt and price! Thank you Men's Warehouse for providing a great service for us guys!!!! * I definitely recommend Men's Warehouse! Word of advice; was the sales added and sign up for emails and promotions. They usually send big discounts that way!
