Unfortunately, my experience today at the Pembroke Pines Mall location was extremely disappointing. The gentleman working there was very rude and seemed bothered from the moment I tried to explain what I was looking for. He repeatedly talked over me and wouldn't allow me to finish explaining what I needed. He was not attentive and honestly made me feel like I was bothering him by asking for assistance. I understand that the store did not have AC at the time, and I can appreciate that working in uncomfortable conditions can be frustrating. However, that is not a reason to take that frustration out on a customer. I was simply there to shop and expected the same friendly customer service I've experienced at Uniform Advantage over the years. At one point, he raised his voice at me and said that he didn't want to make the situation worse because he would "catch a heart attack." I was shocked by the way the interaction escalated when I was simply trying to ask for help. I've always been a loyal customer, but after today's experience, I left feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope management addresses this because customers should be treated with basic respect, regardless of how stressful the circumstances may be.

She assisted with letting my daughter try on the women and junior versions of the shoe that she was trying to buy so that she knew what size she was looking for. They did not have the size that we were looking for of the junior version in the store so we were able to order it and will pick it up in a few days.

Found the Pembroke location first and then stopped by the Sawgrass Mills location too. Both are cool but the Pembroke location is a nicer setup. The Sawgrass location is more of an outlet feel. But customer service rocks at both locations. Did you know you can customize Vans too? Of course this will take 4-6 weeks for the custom orders but how cool is that? Keep that in mind if you ever want custom shoes. We ordered our shoes online and when the shoe didn't fit, we were able to bring it to the store and make the exchange. If they don't have it in store, they will order the right size for you and have it shipped to your home, no extra charge. Love it. They have the works here...shoes, hats, clothing, backpacks, socks and other accessories. Well kept store and keeping that Vans name alive and kicking!

Before shopping began, we hit the Macy's Café on the first floor near the main entrance and ordered some drinks.
