DSW warehouse is located at the south side of Pembroke Gardens. It is right across from Nike. I walked in today and did not realize they were having a semi-annual sale. I've been to the store before I never even realized they ever had one of these sales. It seemed a little messier in there today but I suppose that is because they have more customers because of the sale. They have many, many brands to choose from. The savings vary but some can be quite significant. I saw one pair of boots that were $60 off the retail price. I saw another pair of shoes where you only save $5. It all just depends. If you join their VIP membership, you can earn points and best of all free shipping on anything you purchase online, no minimums. I know I hate to pay for shipping. all free shipping, no minimum. I know I hate to pay for shipping. Associates are pretty helpful and will look up an item if they do not have it on hand. Overall, they had the sizes I was looking for. Avoid at all costs. They sell substandard products and refuse to stand behind what they sell. We bought a pair of shoes for our 9 year old daughter on 12/17 and she got them for Christmas. By Feb 2nd they had already fallen apart due to bad sticthing and the manager of the store confirmed it appeared to be a defect and not related to normal wear and tear. He then said that since the shoes were "worn" and you could tell they had been used we would be unable to get a refund or anything and we were stuck with 6 week old shoes that are unusable. Terrible service. I went in we bought 2 pairs of shoes and 3 pairs of socks. We were told this is a bag less store. I have never witnessed anything like this. Literally I walked out with 3 pairs of socks in my hands and my friend carrying 2 boxes of shoes on hand. What kind of service is this. I asked Marshal for some help and he immediately solved my problem. He found the sandals in my size at a nearby store and had them shipped directly to my house. First, I would leave 0 stars if I could. I don't write reviews often and usually minor mistakes I let them go, but not today. I ordered shoes and requested delivery to the store. I watched one ship and take 9 days minus a holiday to arrive to the store. When they arrived with the other shoes on the 8th I thought ok I am flying back on the 10th and will pick them all up. I walk in give my name and the woman starts to look for them. Grabs three pairs of shoes not the four I ordered. Walks to a woman and whispers then tells me my "order" was canceled by corporate because I did not pick them up in time. I reach out to customer service and they tell me the order was canceled because I had 5 days to pick them up. So if you received them on the 8th of January and today is the 10th where did the 5 days go? To make matters worst their app is telling me they are in the store. I request that my entire set of orders be canceled and they tell me to call another number. I called the store for kicks and giggles to see if they can explain the magical 5 days and left on hold. Then someone picks up the phone to tell me the "manager" I guess thats who I was talking to will be a while. So instead of calling me back they want to leave me on hold. Went there for the first time on Jan 10, 2022. There were only few clients. The store was clean and organized. That was a good beginning. But it became another story with the cashier... The guy started with giving me attitude. Was he having a bad day? Was/is my face ugly according to his taste? I guess I will never know. The guys asked for my email address and after I gave the 3 first digits he did not listen to me anymore. He entered I don't know which email address but definitely not mine. I never received the email I was supposed to receive. I can see on the receipt that I now have a customer ID and points in balance. This store is the most unhelpful, rudest and uncaring. They don't care about you or your needs. Their motto is "we have your size" but that's absolutely not true and then they send you on wild goose chases to stores that don't actually have the size you need that are extremely out of the way and that are just way too far. I got sent here just to get shut down for the shoes I so badly wanted and needed. They are not willing to help you out at all and you can tell that every single one of their employees do not want to be there. Not only are they hard to find but once you do finally spot one they just walk away from you while you're trying to ask them a question. If you want to shop here go ahead, but out of multiple different pairs of shoes, none of them had my size. (And it's not an abnormal size, I'm a 6/7).
