Basically she said she couldn't help me and she couldn't refund me back the money. I asked to speak to someone higher than herself and she said she wasn't working at the moment. When I asked her what her supervisors name was she tells me I can't give it to you. I am super upset and will never shop at the Ingram store again. America needs a training on customer.
