The service is horrible ! Seems like the staffs life is so horrible working at Kohls ! All the employees look like they don't even wanna be there . I went to buy bunch of clothes for my vacation worth about $700 and the staff was so unprofessional and rude . I value my time and money so I ended up putting all the items back and took my business elsewhere . I won't be dealing with that type of negative energy . Definitely need new staff because it seems like this location and Bandera location is the same type of service. Definitely don't recommend Kohl's . I see why they have such a low ratings . Also they may deal signs to trick you you're getting 20 percent off certain items and when you go check out they " apologize " for incorrect placement of their signs . Hey friend hey!! Listen don't you do it!! This store is located right next to H-E-B and it's In a BIG parking lot which for me..... they need more stores BUT I digress!! This location isn't that busy and there is always plenty of parking BUT when it comes to bringing ANYTHING back to Amazon .. get ready to wait and wait and WAIT!! The employees don't seem happy to be there and for me .... It LACKS customer service greatly!! Now don't get me wrong as far as convenience it definitely has helped me out a time or 2 or 3. Also the Sephora is awesome.... The ladies in there are helpful and just sweet to the core and even the workers that in the checkout REALLY are nice and helpful but for some reason the people who work on the Amazon return don't seem very happy and mind you this isn't the first second or third time I have experienced the profound unhappiness there. I would hope that the managers or supervisors see this review and make changes to better the employees that work back there so that the happiness can spill over. Great sales and coupons but not always good inventory. Cashiers are friendly and usually will help you with a coupon. Love that they now have Sephora in the store. Shoes hit and miss. They carry Sketchers though and if you get in on a good clearance can be low prices. read more

As bad as the reviews were, I was worried and hesitant to go here, but I was in desperate need of business attire and didn't feel like driving to the mall since it was 30 minutes away on a weekday. It was a pleasant surprise to walk in and find it pretty tidy and organized. It wasn't messy. It took me awhile to figure out where everything was being that I needed to find petite clothing. Glad they had a few petite items such as pants, its hard to find shorter length pants in certain stores but they had some here. The store is located near a busy street and near the intersection so it can be hard to get in and out of traffic on a crowded day. But its really not that bad here. I'm not a huge fan of Kohl's, mainly because this location is the closest to me and I think they have a smaller selection of clothes for juniors and boys than other locations. I went in at 10pm, they close at 11pm, and I was surprised they they had a decent selection of all sizes available. I wear an XS in tops, and a small in pants, and I was able to find both. I am a clearance section fanatic, and really wish they would organize it better- their sizes are usually mixed, and crammed together. But on 10/16/2020 @1050ish this time was different, I went in to do an Amazon return the female that was working the Amazon counter was so rude to me, as I walked to the counter her and the male employee were laughing and talking, so I walked up and she didn't say one word! Just stood there looking at me. So I said I have a return (2 small balloons) I was scrolling threw my phone to look for the bar code for her to scan she scans it and she said in a mean way "where's the other one"? I said let me fund it, usually they only scan one of the bar codes. So I found it, she laid the coupons on the counter and didnt say anything. I asked If that was all twice before she replied yes! Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I said thank you and as I walked off I said out loud you are so rude!! So I reported her to management and hope they give her better customer service education! Come to find out she was training the male employee she should not be training anyone! Date; 16 Dec 2020 Time; 9:20ish Went into Kohl's to return an Amazon package. I walked up to the Amazon counter. The woman behind the counter, said, "you have to wait." I looked around thinking I butted in line, but I was the only customer. It appeared the Amazon woman was taping some earlier returned packages. After 30 seconds, she looked up at me and said, "next in line." I told her I have a return. Her demeanor and attitude felt like I was bothering her and interrupted her busy morning. I will definitely take my business elsewhere . The Amazon woman needs social skills training, and maybe moved to a position where she does not have to interact with the public. read more

I had previously given Kohl's 3 stars but now they're down to just two. The reason for the downgrade is the utter disaster that exists in their clothing departments. Quite simply, does ANYONE work here? By the looks of the shelves, I would say NO. If you take a look at my pictures, you'll find shelves that are just piled with clothes that haven't been folded in, oh, a long time. Bought a bunch of stuff including three picture frames. When I got home I only had two. I called the store and the employee said she found it and would put it away with my name on it. A few days later I returned to the store and they couldn't find the picture frame. They were rude about the entire thing, even bringing their loss Prevention person over to say he saw me leave with three picture frames. Hey Kohl's, your employee validated that the picture frame I purchase was not put in my bag. Stop treating your customers like criminals and start doing the right thing. After discounts the picture frame was under $10.00. If I was going to steal something from Kohl's it wouldn't be a $10 item. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORST KOHLS EXPERIENCE Ever! read more

With most stores doing most of their sales online nowadays, you'd think that stores would have store pickup for online orders at the front of the store. But for whatever reason, at this location it's literally all the way in the back. The line wasn't too long, but keep in mind that they're also processing Amazon returns and one happened to be at the front of the line. Thankfully, they already had everything ready so while it wasn't as in and out as it could've been, it was much more than 10-15 minutes. I feel like having more people working that area, moving it to the front of the store and/or having a dedicated place just for Amazon returns could all be steps towards improving the overall experience. read more

The worst and I do mean the WORST Kohl's I've ever been in! Price signs are on the wrong racks. You think you're on a SALE item finally find your size then realize the sign doesn't apply to ANYTHING on the rack. Clothes are all mixed up. In the already mini Petite section half the racks are NON petite. Then you find a petite rack and half the CLOTHES on it are NON petite. This store is the most frustrating Experience. I needed to make a return and the cashier was very helpful, in spite of the annoying chit-chat with her fellow cashier across the aisle she was yelling to while ringing me up. I really liked this Kohls! It offers a great selection in all the departments and for it's huge size, I was very impressed that the presentation of clothes was not overwhelming. And the variety for all departments was refreshing! Whether it was Men's Women's or Juniors there were plenty of racks or tables with great merchandise. Tons of styles and brands which is a real bonus. The fitting rooms were clean and the attention from all the associates in the store was very nice. Also, I forgot my coupon, and the associate at the register still honored my discount. What great customer service! Very impressed by this store and encourage anyone to visit! read more

I ordered a rolling book bag online from Kohl's. Fortunately I used my Kohl's card for the purchase. After one day, the frame had bowed until the bag dragged the ground between the wheels. After a week, a wheel fell off. A classmate of mine who used to work at Kohl's told me to take it back to the store, even though I purchased it online. I took it to the Potranco store and they refunded the purchase price but not the shipping. Considering the normal aggravation of having to return something ordered online, I'm happy with the outcome. read more

Seriously the most disorganized store! I love Kohl's and I've been in a lot of them but never one this messy. Its about 2 miles from my house but if I have time I would rather drive 20 mins away to another location then go to this one. I've been a fan of this store since we moved to Texas. It's clean, organized, and carries a lot of brand names that I buy for way cheaper. With the kohl's coupons that come in the mail that help knock down $10 or a cool 20% also bring me back for more retail therapy. My personal favorites for this store is housewares, their food network collections and a few designer outfits from vera wang, Lauren Conrad, Rocking Republic, Candies.. and of course jumping jellybeans for my kids or the sean white collection for my old boy. Recently we got a steam cleaner for the carpet and got $20 in kohls cash which is a nice return for me. read more

The clearance rack is very messy. Very hard to find your size when they aren't organized. Also the workers can be very rude. I was waiting in line and as soon as I got up to the register the lady was very rude. She told me my total about 5 times as if I were not moving fast enough, and as I was walking out the door she told me I forgot my receipt and I responded saying I didn't need it and she gave me the dirtiest look ever. We always come here for holiday decor and kids clothing and toys. The deals are good, which makes us come back. The children's you area is scary. A little crowded. I assume they are getting ready for Black Friday. I don't see any other reason it's over crowded with toys where it's difficult to walk or find anything. Other than the kid area it is very clean! I shop at Kohls because they have pants that I like and I can occasionally find a good sale. The reason I'm giving one star to this location is because of the complete and utter mess that I would call the women's clothing department. Clothes are piled on top of each other, racks are filled too full; you cannot even find your size or color. Additionally folded and stacked jeans are not organized in any way. There are plenty of employees standing around. They could be organizing folding and cleaning up. It is very frustrating. The employees need to make finding things easier for their customers. I liken this store to going into a goodwill or Ross. The prices do not reflect that. read more
