My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. As they have arborist's on staff the letter is acceptable to the state for the emergency removal requirements. Dave and his crew are really great, really friendly! Office is great as well.

She went with them as they were the cheapest quote and seniors are on a budget. Welp... you get what you pay for. I spent half a day cleaning the debris they left in her driveway. I'm not sure how other companies do it but they put a pickup truck in the side front yard to pull whatever they were cutting. Initially Sam told my mother they would fix the ruts left in the yard. Then came the issue of them not being able to remove the trunk because it would mess up the yard even more. He asked if we wanted it left or gone. He said the kids can play in it and I a was like yes that's fine. Just don't cause more damage to the lawn. So he tells his men to continue working. Come out the whole trunk was gone and the lawn was a wreck. When I asked about them telling my mother they would fix it... he says fix what? It's mud! So at this point we have the ruts and compacted lawn from front to back. The neighbors are upset because they came into our lawn through theirs so part of their yard is also damaged. So he comes back the next day, debris pile as tall as the house is still in the whole driveway, and blows leaves into the deep mud ruts as if it was going to fix them. He sends a truck to pick up the debris and it didn't all fit in the yard so he calls me and says he'll be here to finish the next day... so now we're on day 3. So he send another guys with a pickup with the bed the sauce of like a Tacoma. The guy makes two trips and never returns. I asked Sam if it would be clean by end of day and he said yes. Next day comes no one returned. Next day Monday morning I'm outside my mother's house for 4 hours cutting, tying and bagging the debris. I don't want to hear excuses. If my mother would've been alone I don't know what would've happened because she couldn't have done that work herself. My advice... unless you want to finish the work yourself AND have to fix your lawn... don't go with the cheapest estimate! In this case it was this company. See pictures. I gave ample time for results before reviewing. They did the work last Thursday and it's Tuesday.

Received a quote to have two trees cut down and five stumps grinded…read more They arrived the scheduled day, however, they only cut down the trees and said they would come back to do the stump grinding. He wanted most of the money the day of so the owner received all but $50 of the quoted price. After 17 emails, we were able to get them to come back and grind 2 of the 5 stumps. They left and after emailing to inquire as to the other three stumps, the owner said he wanted more money. After showing him the original emails (thankfully we saved them) he agreed to return to finish the project. After 13 emails (most of which are never responded to) and six months later, they have never returned to finish the project. This is not a reputable company!!
