The crew was mostly professional and did a solid job removing a huge oak from our roof and yard. They cleaned up really well, and tried to minimize ground impacts the best they could. We were in need of a local service to remove several stumps. I called Seminole Pro Arbor Care for a quote and Brian the owner answered the phone. He was very professional and gave a reasonable quote. He told me they were busy but he can accommodate my request for later in the afternoon (same day service!). A few hours later, he arrived to my residence and asked for the location of the stumps. I had some work done this morning (Large oak trimmed, various smaller trees removed, one tree demised, etc). This is the third tree company that I have had out to trim my oak in the last 9 years and I will never call another company. They were SOO much better than any other tree service I've used. They were polite, courteous and nice to talk with. They listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. They also cleaned up really well after themselves - blew saw dust off my roof, filled back in the stump-ground holes, etc. And the price was completely reasonable and competitive with other companies in the area. They have a BBB rating of A+, they have about $1 million in coverage, they have a staff that is not only courtesy but goes above and beyond. They not only did what the job entailed, they went the extra mile. They cleaned out my gutters when that wasn't part of the job, they helped trim some of the brush away from the house and they worked very fast and efficiently. Awesome!Wonderful! Very satisfied customer!Brian is the man with a plan! I made the right choice. He was not the first one I called but I am glad I kept searching. What a difference a professional makes. Brian comes with his crew that works and all of his equipment that makes the job more efficient. He took great care in removing 5 extra tall pine trees in front of the fence, grinding the stumps and some old stumps ( no extra charge) and hauled it all away no problem. Brian and his crew was so awesome, I had him to come back 2 days later and he cleared a large wooded area with thick brush. I could not see straight thru but now I can. He used a fancy mower and was done in no time. Brian gave me a fair price and I would highly recommend him for all of your tree services.
