I have been going to Bootyboutique in La Puente since they opened, but I have been more consistent for the past 2 years. This gym has been one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness and health. It has given me the confidence I've needed. The trainers are the best!! Im really glad I joined this gym. It's been maybe 2 or 3 years. Time flys . The environment is great for focusing on body goals no distractions . Always a set of weights for everyone. There's different sections so everybody gets a turn on each exercise. You don't even have to worry about what workout to do because they already have a program set for each month. All of the trainers are extremely helpful and you will always have all of the other members cheering you on. Coach Ysa is truly amazing. Do not let her sweet smile fool you though as she will push you and make you break through limits you thought you couldn't overcome. Honestly I am so thankful I found this All Women Gym it has been life changing for me since I was a beginner with no prior gym experience or knowledge. I have now been attending this gym for 6months seeing different changes within myself and my health. I have met some amazing people throughout this journey! Not Only is this an All Women Gym but the strong supportive community that The owner Becca is creating is amazing! They also have a group chat where everyone motivates and supports each other and makes recommendations for meal preps, supplements and more. My favorite part about this gym, and what makes it different is that it is an all women's gym. Before finding Booty Boutique (on tik tok lol) I had visited gyms, I had taken classes, but never really found my place. I had no idea what I was doing, and I was uncomfortable trying to learn when so many people would rush you to get equipment or just stare so I always quit. Coming here has been amazing, I started with them at their first location, I've learned alot and I'm stronger than ever. I'm far from perfect and some days it's hard to make it to my 5am class BUT I know I can always reach out and go in at a different time. I've recommended this gym to friends and family who have all loved it as much as I do. I've met girls there who have become friends and everyone is so helpful. There's no mean girl vibes which I love lol we all push each other to be better. Whether you are a beginner or already know what you're doing, you won't have to wait for equipment here. There are different times that will fit pretty much any schedule, they offer personal training, good music and good energy. They also have a Saturday morning class. I love it here! I like supporting small businesses. Especially, when the owner and staff are ALWAYS kind, female, and minority. To put things into perspective, after our group workout, Becca had everyone sing happy birthday to me. Not gonna lie, I got teary eyed. It's an all women, group exercise, gym that doesn't necessarily only focus on the booty. We workout everything, but them leg/booty days... Haha We're given wipes to clean our area prior to moving to the next station. Masks are mandatory. All great things because I was a germaphobe BEFORE COVID lol If you need a certain exercise modified, they'll give you an alternative. If you have the slightest interest, you should go on a Saturday to try it out since it's open to everyone for a small fee. You need to reserve your spot though, but you can do it through their IG DM. I've been coming here since August 2021. HANDS DOWN TO THE BEST GYM. First of all, this gym is ALL WOMEN which makes it extremely motivational and comfortable enough for any girl to come in and work on their goals. The trainers here are AMAZING and never make you feel like you can't do something correctly (form wise) and my favorite thing is that they push you to do more. The vibes here are so much fun everyone is just great. My fav part is if you request a song, they put it for the group to hear which I love! When I first started I was 208 pounds and a year later with group classes as well as personal training, meal guides from Rebecca the CEO. I got on track and dropped down 40. I also gained muscle and toned all areas of my body. I also have to say it's the cleanest gym I've ever been to.
