I honestly wanted to give this gym a 5 star rating but this is the only self made gym without a boxing ring. They had one and they got rid of it to put more equipment upstairs which people hardly even use. Ryan is a great boxing coach and even without a ring he makes the boxing experience worth it but boxing with no boxing ring is definitely a bummer specially when it comes to sparring. I feel like it was a huge mistake to put equipment that people hardly use and taking off the ring which is what people look forward in boxing and the experience of hitting mitts, drills and sparring with coach Ryan. I really hope they bring back the gym because I've seen the other self made gym and they all have a ring. read more

Specific trainer (Gus) I was training with him for 5 years and moved to 4 different gyms and I always follow him even if he was further away because I seeing results that's why I kept training with him for years. He's a good trainer BUT when it came to he's gf back than now wife for whatever reason she didn't like me ( jealousy only thing I can think of cuse I never did anything to her ) he did told me I was causing issues in he's relationship so we stop training for a while than I reached out to him I told him i really wanted to continue the training with him . We trained again. He did message me down the line he couldn't train me anymore to find a new trainer . I just think is very unprofessional of him were he could leave he's relationship and training aside . Unless u want to deal with a jealousy wife or gf u would have to deal with that . I'm very confident of myself so I don't know what issue it was . Overall he's a good trainer . Just not professional when it comes to clients read more

Worst experience with personal trainer Gabriela !! It's been 3 weeks without a session, constantly changing sessions the day of. Refusing to refund my money. I am not the only client requesting my money back either! Very unprofessional, always on her phone while training. She blocked me on instagram. This person is not meant to be a trainer, too much baggage and brings it to work with her!! If you want a trainer that doesn't reply or set proper goals for you then this the girl you need lol Don't waste your money and time on this facilty ! We had a horrible experience with William Von Goeben. My friend and I paid for a 3-month/24 session training program, but we only had 5 sessions. He no-showed for the next 3 sessions without any prior notice. His response to texts was extremely slow, and he only replied when we mentioned a refund to his assistant. When we asked for either a refund or a transfer to a different coach, he refused to refund us and instead asked us to trust him and finish the sessions, despite demonstrating a lack of integrity in his words and actions. When we refused to continue with him, he provided us with a number for a new coach, who informed us that he had mentioned nothing about transferring the remaining sessions. read more

I've been training with Trainer Torres since January 2021 and it's been an incredible experience. During my initial consultation, I informed him of my previous ACL & meniscus surgery. He listened to my concerns and he reassured me that my workouts wouldn't hurt or re-injure my knee. He is extremely knowledgeable with how to train me and my injury, as well as, knowledgeable with fitness and nutrition. He is an experienced trainer, very professional, determined, positive, friendly, flexible, and understanding. Trainer Torres is very passionate about training and always goes above and beyond to ensure that I succeed and meet my goals. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to him. I appreciate his ongoing support and guidance. I highly recommend him as a trainer! This would have been a 5 star rating; however, the building needs a lot of love and maintenance. In the past 2 years I've been coming to this facility, I've noticed that the cardio machines are not properly cleaned daily, one of the stair-master machines has not been working for months, the AC unit doesn't work at times so it makes Summer workouts unbearable, restrooms are constantly dirty, ceiling has many leaks and buckets have been added to collect the dripping water, other trainers leave equipment laying around such as dumbbells, kettle balls, and barbells creating a tripping and safety hazard. I highly encourage the owner to invest back to the maintenance and repairs of this facility! I also recommend that the owner hire a gym manager to maintain it daily so clients have a better experience training there! read more

Ive been working with rafael torres for more than 3 years and i am really happy with how much improvement ive seen on myself. Lab results have gotten a lot better since i started. Before training with rafa, i was a beginner and had zero experience in working out or going to the gym. The gym offers power lifting equipment, the trainers are super friendly, it is always extremely clean, and the gym isn't too busy. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a trainer. This place is a disaster. Constantly dirty, no one cleans after themselves. The owner could care less- many complaints of how dirty this place is and nothing was done when I was there from mid 2020-early 2022. Both restrooms were constantly dirty, one bathroom was broken. Their was a huge hole in the wall next to the break room. They later converted that room into a chiropractor office but the hole was still visible. Throughout the covid shutdown they were open "low key" but no one cleaned the machines. The AC is constantly broken as well. I would not recommend whatsoever. read more
