Another great service at Bora Nails. I always have with an amazing pedicure by Titi. No matter what, he is always so meticulous and thorough! During the service he continuously ask how I'm doing and if I like the color etc. My feet and legs feel so good afterwards. My nails are always done by the owner Tony. I followed him from the first shop he worked in and wouldn't have it any other way. I always allow him creative freedom and i have never been disappointed. Tony does fantastic work! He runs his shop well and does a great job of making sure his customers are taken care of. I imagine if I ever had an issue all i would have to do is bring it to his attention and he would take care of it. If you are looking for a great place to go give them a try! read more

I always go to Hanni & give good tip. 8/15/26 she was different. Put my hands in an old dirty thing to dry my nails. I asked the newer 1 close by. She ignored me & put my hands in the old dirty thing to dry my nails. She did not care & used old gel that bottle was almost empty. Gave new bottle to guy next to us for other person. I visited BORA Nails & Lashes on June 7th for a surprise pedicure and lash appointment. While there was a mix-up with the service details, my primary concern stems from the subsequent nail service and the incredibly poor customer resolution I received. I must start by praising Denny, who provided an outstanding pedicure. He was meticulous, and my toes look perfect. His work truly stands out. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for my nail service. I requested a short gel polish full set to match my pedicure. Instead, I received poorly applied tips with a mismatched dip powder. The quality was noticeably subpar: my nails had streaks, visible glue on my skin and under the nails, uneven powder application, crooked shapes, and debris trapped under the polish. It's concerning that standard cleanup around the cuticles and under the nails, which is fundamental to a professional manicure, was not performed. My attempts to resolve these issues were met with frustration and disrespect. After calling the salon, an initial "fix" only worsened the problem. When I tried to articulate the quality issues, including comparing it to the excellent work on my toes, and questioned why basic cleanup was an extra charge, the owner became confrontational. His refusal to provide clarification, his raised voice, and his eventual dismissal of me from the salon are not only unprofessional but truly shocking. I was simply seeking to understand why such basic aspects of a nail service were overlooked or charged separately, and the response was completely unwarranted. This experience has left me deeply disappointed with the salon's commitment to quality and customer care. Update: Like I told the man at the front my left thumb nail came off last night and my right ring finger came off this morning. Im having all nails removed by another salon and they are basically popping off the quality is terrible. I don't recommend. read more

I waited a while to post this change of my review from five stars because I wanted to see how my feet would heal. I live very close to this salon and I've been coming here since the grand opened and it was fantastic. Every time I went. Until the last time I went and got a pedicure and had a reaction to something that was used on my feet. I don't know what it was, I've never had that reaction before. I had red welts and skin peeling off of my feet. I was told not to come back and that it was not their fault when I went back for help to see if they could help me figure out what it may have been I was allergic to. They just said not to come back and to use Aquaphor. Aquaphor did not fix this, but the hospital was able to prescribe some antibiotics and a cream for my feet that helped greatly with the pain and healing. This is how both feet looked all the way around. Still have no idea what they used that caused the irritation. I have since had many pedicures done and it has not happened before or after. read more

Don't go here the owner is a rude racist . He messed up my eyelashes . He offered me a look and then told me that he could not do it, after working on my eyes from 11-2:00 . He assumed that I did not want to pay for it . So they locked me inside and he got in my face and put his hands on me because I attempted to get him out of my face . This was not my first time coming here. I live around the corner and have been here several times . Do not waste your time . They will tell you they can do something and then racially profile you and think you don't wanna pay when you can't. I asked him several times to fix it . I have gone twice and both times I have asked for them to make sure they clean under the nails well. I get ingrown nails and it feels like he barely touches my cuticles. He never really gets in there like I enjoy. I'll try again and see if I can get a new person. Don't get me wrong he is super sweet just not getting my toes as good as I want. read more

Quality, and customer service-the price changed once I commented about the botched nail. It is unfortunate, because I pride myself on being a great tipper, so they did not have to charge a different price to confirm a tip, in my opinion. Customer service was good but im very unsatisfied with my nails & toes. The guy that did my toes was nice but made the tip of my big toes raw and sore. My nails are all different lengths and sizes I got a 30$ pedicure and ended up being 50$ and also 50$ for my nails. It's been 2 days and every time I look at my nails & feet I just get pissed off. Pedicure was good, got the basic spa pedi with gel polish. The environment was super unprofessional though. All the men working looked like they just rolled out of bed and were walking around like they were asleep. All the workers were on their phones the entire time, playing games and watching movies. The person who did my nails was watching a movie or something while doing my nails. He missed a couple steps in my dip process and I had to tell him. My nails aren't horrible, I've had worse but I know my nails would have looked better had the tech actually been paying attention to my hands and not his phone. At one point I got up to go wash my hands and the girl who had done my pedicure was passed out sleeping right there in the open on top of some boxes near the sink. I know there is no "perfect" salon but at least act like you like your job while you're there. The most unprofessional place I've been too. Adding to my review, my nails have started to lift up. I had a basic dip powder service done, I've been getting dip for 6 years and I have never had them start to lift like this. Like I said before my nails don't look terrible but are now lifting and I had them done Tuesday (8/15/23). I gave this salon a chance because it's close to home, I highly regret taking this chance. $100+ later and this salon is now added to the list of salons to avoid. read more

I have been to this salon before and they have done a decent job. Tonight I went in about an hour and a half before close to get a gel manicure. The nail tech who did my nails rushed through the manicure. She asked me what shape I wanted, I said almond. Literally every nail is a different shape and length, and none of them almond. She asked me if I liked them, I told her the shape wasn't really almond, and barely filed more of the nails. She didn't even ask me if I liked the other hand because she just wanted to be done. I'm an esthetician, I get it. You want to go home, and it sucks when someone comes in close to close. Doesn't mean you can do a crappy job on the service. I got there an hour and a half before you close, when the appointments are normally an hour long. The nails are super jaggy, the color is uneven, the nails are sharp and scratch the skin so I'm going to have to get them fixed before I go back to work because I will scratch people's skin at work.
