Coming in out of town and having a stubborn TLR tire not keeping its air, the staff did a great job on diagnosing the problem and fixing it immediately. The culprit was a loose valve stem and core. Called around recently to bike shops in the area and ultimately took my bike here. Had to up my tube and tube protection game. These guys are solid. Got two new thicker tubes along with the plastic tube protectors all for a reasonable price and they had it ready the next day. I have bicycled for almost a half-century, always taking practical pride in my ability to make repairs as needed when cycling (commuting or touring). However, I'm not as talented as I'd like to think with my repairs, especially when it comes to more challenging/technical situations (eg, relacing a wheel), and defend upon the pros to help me. In fact, there are no true "solo cyclists" who are 100% self-contained; at some point, we need to have our bicycles given a good overhaul by (more)knowledgeable technicians who have all the right tools available for their use. I've been extremely delighted to find this particular shop that is relatively close (~7miles/10kms) to me in the upper Eastside here in El PasoTX-USA, in our "¡Hidden Gem of the World, Crossroads of North America, anchored by El Paso, Cd. Juárez y Las Cruces!" What particularly pleases me is that owner/operator Adrian & master technician Trini are not only completely (bicycle) enthusiastic and committed to ensuring every customer has a quality ride, they are genuinely wonderful business people who help. I've never been less than happy with their work, and am successfully continuing "My World On Wheels/reTIRED World (Bike)tour"!
