Each time it looks like they are close to getting my motorcycle worked on, they consistently move the goal post out even further while providing a plethora of routine excuses: "we don't have enough technicians, we don't make much money from repair work, we've had other jobs come in that have taken priority over yours, etc." with the promise of target completion dates that come and go. As a Ft Bliss Sergeant Major, I will be meeting with the Garrison Command Sergeant Major to have this Indian dealership designated as a business that Ft Bliss Soldiers should avoid. I will also be reaching out to Indian headquarters and the Better Business Bureau to launch official complaints. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and integrity at this Indian dealership location.

When he got to my house he gave me a higher price that what he had quoted. I asked him why the price was much higher than what he had quoted and he could not give me a straight answer. I really needed to have my chairs reupholstered and ready for the holidays, so I agreed to the price. Not only my chairs now feel uncomfortable to seat on because Mr. Marin used a very thin sponge that goes flat when I seat down. I need to get up and walk just so that my buttocks don't go numb. He promised me a partial refund that I have not received yet. I have tried so many times to contact him, but he has been ignoring my phone calls and text messages.
