my family really liked this place. it was cute inside and felt family run and the pizza was very good. they have a good kids menu and the pricing is reasonable. the staff was friendly. and their soda fountain had a pineapple soda in it and it was the best. my whole family was obsessed with it! read more

I reviewed this place after my second visit. The first decent pizza (a little skimpy on toppings) I've had since moving here over the summer. It was the crust...they nailed it. Bubbly, soft yet with a good chew. On my fourth (or fifth?) visit, it was as if I recieved an old reheated frozen pizza. Absolutely horrible and inedible. Called to ask them what they changed and how it was so totally different than previous pizzas. I was assured that "nothing has changed". Girl on the phone told me she made it and likely had made my other ones. My last pizza from them was just from a week previously. Might as well have come from a different place. I'm so disappointed. I'm not going back because I can't imagine spending that much on a pizza that has the potential of being so bad. Something happened that they aren't copping to. read more

Wanted to have pizza for dinner. Driven by this place lots of times and finally decided to try it. What a wonderful surprise. Great pizza! Dinner salad was delicious because the veggies were cold and crisp. The pizza supreme was to die for. The crust is tasty and the toppings were flavorful and savory. There was a coupon in the Northern Light local newspaper from the new owners of Border Town Pizza, (formerly Pizza Factory) in Blaine for all you can eat salad bar and pizza Tuesday night for $9.95. So we thought we'd give them a try. They did a great job! They stayed on top of keeping the salad bar and pizza stocked, with 3-4 different pizzas rotated. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Way to go! If that was a trial I hope you do it again or keep it going! read more

Pure garbage. Had worst pizza of my life here. They some how managed to screw up a cheese pizza. Tasted like it had been sitting around for a month then was partially reheated. Threw it away. Just bad pizza. Cold, lacking on the combo ingredients. Waste of money on our first night

i ordered an extra large pizza with sausage, extra sauce and extra cheese ($23 + $7 deliver). the sausage lacked flavor, the sauce was sparse and lacked flavor and the cheese lacked flavor. the crust had so-so flavor. i ended up using a balsamic vinegar to get some flavor into the pizza which did work, but didn't taste like pizza. as a comparison, i'd rate digiorno's frozen rising crust sausage pizza ($4-$8 ~1/2 to 1/3 the size of border town's pizza) 3.5 stars and say digiorno's is far better. read more

We called one night and they didn't answer their phone. Two nights later we called and their answering machine picked up saying to order on the website. The website had a message that they were closed due to snow, pretty weak excuse as we had no issues driving in the conditions. read more

I got a $25 coupon and try to order online and it kept telling me the coupon was invalid and there was no way to go around it. And I refuse to answer their phone so the coupon is worthless. Come to find out they were closed on Monday but it wasn't noted anywhere on their site. They stated that their site was new and they were still having problems with glitches and coupons could not be used on the ordering site, you can only use a credit card. read more

Well this the second order we've made. Unfortunately the pizzas that arrived at our front door once again were not even a close facsimile to the web site images that Border Town has posted. Ordered 2 pizzas at 715pm ,they said 45 min . Not only was it a half hr late but half the cheese slid to the other half of the pizza.

We are very happy with Border Town Pizza. They always give friendly service. We have enjoyed many pizzas since it become Border Town Pizza. The prices are very good. The Spaghetti meals, pizza, and sandwiches will keep us returning. The delivery service has never let us down. They arrive close to specified times. Ordered a large Supreme Pizza. We were very pleased with it - made just the way we liked - crust was crisp and not thick, sauce good and lots of toppings. Now, the negative. I love supporting local business. but in the age of COVID-19, this restaurant needs to provide much better curbside service. Instructions on the door did not match the reality. The door was locked, and knocking on the window brought no results from the three employees on site. The cook brought the pizza out (no mask), and expressed much disappointment that I did not prepay on the website. Seeing that the website payment option was new, I just didn't trust the security. There is a great restaurant 1 block away that does curbside service, showing customer respect. Please upgrade your "to go" service with your food quality. read more

My husband and I ordered a pizza from here a few days ago. Our first experience having pizza from here was last September when it was owned by someone else. We thought the pizza was very good and similar to what we used to get in Southern California. However, it has since been sold and being run by new owners and here is my review of our pizza from a few days ago: the crust: dry and tasteless, and the outer edge of the crust became quite hard and inedible. We ordered several toppings and here is what we got: Hardly any tomato sauce, hardly any cheese to speak of (so little cheese as to be almost invisible). Speaking of the toppings, we ordered both meatballs and sausage and there was very little of each and the other toppings of pineapple, mushrooms and olives were sparse too. Unfortunately, due to this bad pizza, we will not be getting pizza from here anymore and that's a shame because it's a nice close location to where we live. Also, We ordered a large and it seemed more like a medium. Cannot recommend. read more
