The steering was loose it was three threads off from me losing steering killing me or somebody else. Then they offered to tow it back and fix their mistakes . I'm not going to take money from an honest mechanic(Murante Auto) . All in all these mechanics had to sign off so you're telling me all these mechanics don't really know what they're doing if they didn't catch the first thing my new mechanics caught.... I am not just bashing, this is my first negative review on any company I hate to deal with bs....I did not get nowhere with the general miniature. Maybe it was just a bad first visit but like I said I had you guys put four brand new tires on my car AC rack and pinion oil change a couple thousand dollars and I get poor quality work in return. This is apparently death for transmissions, so my go to mechanic told me to scrap the vehicle or sell it for $800 or less, as it would be too expensive to fix. But this truck holds sentimental value so I wasn't willing to give up. I brought the truck to Speedway and he replaced the radiator and flushed the whole system for WAY less than my other mechanic was going to charge. At first there was an issue with the radiator that was installed, but he told me to bring it back and he's fix it for no extra cost. The truck runs better now than it did before it had the issue. Better than when I first bought it even. I'll be taking my truck back here for more work in the future. It was a gamble of a repair, and Speedway did me great!

I was told Jayson was in the back, too busy and he couldn't get him. Furthermore, this man couldn't help me because he didn't write the initial quote up. The worst part is, he told me I should know better than to come in on a Friday because that is when all cars are being picked up and they are too busy to discuss anything with me. He was extremely rude and frazzled. I was the only person in the waiting area at the time and told him I was not in a rush. I explained that I wasn't in the auto body business and could not have known that Friday's were a bad day to ask a question. If he was nicer, I would have gladly came back on a better day. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and they lost my business for ever. I was beyond blown away how someone in a customer service business could treat someone so poorly. If one person can't handle the front desk on a Friday, then perhaps they should higher someone else.
