The service was not great...we waited 45 minutes for two cortados, a smoothie, and a bagel. There was one small group in front of us, and they waited like 25 minutes for their products as well. The food and coffee were only okay...the bagel, cream cheese, and salmon was an extremely small serving for the price, the Blue Colada smoothie came out a bit gray in color which wasn't super appetizing, and the coffee was fairly standard. I was also disappointed that they didn't have dairy milk options for their smoothies...I'm not a soy or oat milk fan...and they definitely had dairy milk for the coffee, so why not allow that sub for the smoothie? Likely won't be returning, but I guess it's an okay spot if you are interested in a smoothie and have some time to chill! The Acai bowls did look solid!

I caught up with them at Elm Creek Brewing Company in Champlin. I sampled a ton of food on the dog friendly patio with my big female Mastiff. We shared munchies. It's a little tricky to describe Fused but I'll do my best. Basically, they seem to specialize in different variations of chili, various hot dogs and dog related dishes, several sides (like deep fried pickles), and they offer a decadent little treat called "Good As Gone Brownie Bites". These folks are based out of Hugo so you can find them throughout the NW burbs. You can call them or find them on their Facebook page. My food was excellent. It was the perfect combo of munchies at a brewery. Of course, I grabbed some soup since they seem to be so proud of it. I ordered a cup of beer cheese & veggie soup. It was very good, obviously made from scratch. I also grabbed a small bag of "Better Made" brand chips (made in Michigan). It's nice to see them selling an interesting snack from old school company (since 1930) that you don't see around here every day. Cool! It was a hard choice but I went with a chili dog. Again, I'm pretty sure they made the chili themselves. Just like the rest of my food, it was great. Very satisfying! Finally, the 2 owners working in the truck were very friendly. I ended up getting the megalodon and it's pretty good. I didn't want it to be too sweet and also have too much cream or anything like that... so this was a great choice. When I first arrived they asked a bit about if I had been there before or if I knew what I wanted to order which was really helpful. I ended up looking online at the menu beforehand so had some of an idea, but overall they were really nice with helping me. I would come back and try some other things but i do think this is more of a fun little treat and not in every day drink store for me personally.. but overall the staff was nice and it was a quick checkout!
