We tried the Italian sandwich and the fries with their special sauce. The Italian sandwich is an Italian hot dog topped with bruschetta, and it was a solid 10/10. Absolutely incredible. The fries were cooked in beef tallow, perfectly seasoned, and paired so well with the sandwich. We will definitely be back to try the burgers. On top of the top-notch food, the owner was amazing. They were so personable and even stopped by to check in and see how we liked everything. I've included a photo of their adorable food truck below.
