I sampled 3 items from Mario's, an appetizer (Ciabatta Parm Bites), a small 8" pizza (Meat Eaters), and a dessert (Classic Cannoli). Every bite of my food was wonderful. And judging from the number of people lining up to get food, many other people agree with me. The employees at the brewery were also grabbing food and raving about Mario's. Yum! As a final note (to avoid confusion), this truck is NOT the same business as the bricks n' mortar restaurant in Watertown. The truck is an independent business that simply licensed the name from the restaurant several years ago. I had a nice conversation with the owner and he explained it to me. They also do not apparently care how they treat their customers. This was for a corporate party event that I'm sure was very profitable for the company, but treating guests of the event in such a manner is a good way to turn future business away.
