1 Star - Rude, Unprofessional, and Way Overpriced This nail shop is a complete disappointment. The staff is rude and clearly doesn't care about customer service. No greeting, no smile, no professionalism--just attitude from the start. It felt like I was bothering them by even being there. I paid premium prices for results that looked anything but professional. My nails came out chunky, dull, and uneven--like they rushed through the entire process. I honestly could've done a better job at home. For what they charge, you'd expect at least some level of courtesy and quality. Instead, you get overpriced, sloppy work and a bad attitude to go with it. I won't be coming back and definitely don't recommend this place to anyone who values their money or experience. When a person walks into the building, you would think the right thing to do is be like he will be right with you or hey appointment. No appointment or this is how long the way would be the person waited. 22 minutes to address and then ask if what we need. I said we had an appointment. Yes I was 1020 minutes late. But I still waited. Not a problem still waited. I did a rush. No one by the time. He asked me what we needed. I told him what we needed. He said oh it's an hour. Wait I said OK. Me and my set daughter went here and this is not the first time. I showed the design I wanted on my nails to be told it's too expensive and I should want my nails like that. I literally water foil on my nails only. I explain to the guy servicing me I don't care about the price but the results. As he started doing my nails I discovered he did not kno what he was doing and asked him to remove the foil so I could pay and leave as is. My step daughter ask for hot pink and was told to get nude. These people recommended what the want on all clients and I have seen with my own eye several ladies arguing with them about these mail and what color they want. Very unprofessional. read more

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would!! My sisters made an appointment for two full sets. Once we arrived they told my sister that they are only able to take one???? Horrible impression from the beginning. They had plastic wrap covering the nail polish so that nobody would touch it but a customer prior had torn it down. One of the nail ladies came around the corner scolding us about taking down the plastic wrap that we did not even remove. As she was replacing the plastic wrap she dropped multiple bottles of nail polish resulting in one of the bottles to burst and splatter all over my pink/white checkered vans. She wiped them with nail polish remover and told us she did all she could do. I called the salon because I did not want to cause a scene. The lady told me she did all she could do and there is nothing she can do for me. She told me take the, home and soak them in vinegar. She did not offer compensation, didn't offer free sets, didn't offer a discount, didn't offer ANYTHING!!!! after telling me to stop being mad, she hung up on me. read more

Very disappointed in this establishment. I've been coming to this salon for years. Today they charged me for a service/upgrade I didn't ask for. I was unaware he was doing a upgraded pedicure when I didn't ask for it. At the end of my service I was asked to pay and after I questioned the amount they said the product was already used so I had to pay. I get charged the same amount for a pedicure every time I come here. I wasn't aware of the extra service being done because it seemed that everything that was done was what I usually get. NEVER GO HERE! Worst experience ever. If you want good nails, a child could do better than this. I was referred to Jimmy by a good friend who has been there before. i was on time, showed him my reference picture of the nails I wanted and asked if he could do that he said yes. I got a gel fill. Once he filled my nails he started painting my nails WHITE. and as you can see in my reference photo they are clear with a glitter French tip outline. i was very confused so I showed him the picture again and made it clear I didn't want white nails, I wanted whatever the picture looked like. He said the white would bring out more color and continued on and to trust the process. He did THREE layers of white polish and then buffed it all off.... I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I was very confused at what was going on. I was just hoping that maybe he had a different technique that he was using and so I did not question what he was doing at the time. Once he was done buffing my nails after he had painted them white multiple times, he began to paint my buffed nails the same white again. I brought up the reference photo yet again and asked him why he was doing the white? He told me that it was going to look better with white and I told him that I did not want white I wanted clear and he told me that he would takeoff the white and make it look clear soon. I showed him the picture again just to triple check that he understood that that was exactly the nails that I wanted and not what he was giving me. After three more layers of white nail polish, he started to do the glitter French tip outline on the ends of my nails. i explained to him again that it looked nothing like the picture and that I wanted clear nails and not white. he then proceeded to take off the glitter on my pinky nail and he grabbed a pink opaque nail polish and started going over it and asked me if that looked good. at that point I had already been there for two hours I was very frustrated but did not want to stress him out I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I thought maybe the pink opaque would look better than just a bright white since that is not what I wanted it to look like at all and that maybe the opaqueness would make it look more clear... He did three layers of the opaque pink on top of the already three layers of white polish. He had me put my nails in my UV light and when I Took them out I noticed that although he did three layers of the pink polish there were many parts of pink that were missing on my nails and it was very uneven. I was already so frustrated that I just told him to go on with the glitter tip hoping that maybe he would make it look really good with the glitter tip. He did my pinky and then he started moving onto the next finger and asked me how it looked and it looked nothing like the picture, instead of a French tip with a curve it lookEd like he just literally drew on a glitter box on the ends of my nails. I showed him the picture again for the fifth time or whatever number this is because I had already showed him 1 million times but I was so frustrated that I asked him to just go ahead and take off ALL of the nail polish and that I would pay for the fill because I do not want to not pay him for his service. He didn't even takeoff any of my nail polish and only the glitter at the ends of my nails on the two nails and didn't even manage to get all of that off (As you can see in photos). I then went to go pay and on their menu list they do not have a price for the gel fill. he asked me for $40 which I think was completely absurd considering that he gave me what I did not want and refused to listen or change or do anything that I asked him to do, wasted two hours of my time, and then did not apologize for anything or seem like he cared at all about giving me some of the worst nails I've ever had in my entire life. I gave him $40 in cash, he snatched it out of my hand and then proceeded to walk out the back door of the building. I will never be coming back there again and neither. horrible service, does not know how to do nails or listen! I was also very kind throughout this whole process because I know everyone has bad days but this is just unacceptable. I have been looking forward to stay for weeks on weeks because I have been working three jobs and having waiting for this day for a very long time. It would've been nice to hear Alyssa sorry or here come back and fix it tomorrow or here is a coupon for the next time you come in or anything. They barely put any acrylic on my nails which make them look cloudy white and nasty looking and are lifting ready to come off . My nails look clumpy and not painted on right. Honestly i didn't even want to give them one star i was soo upset of how the customer service was first i called to get prices over the phone and they told 25 for plain nails with coffin shape nails and 5 for my children nail paint. Then once i get there they wanted to change the price. And wanted to charge 55 for clear gel and plain coffin as he was already doing my nails i was so upset i told them no because i never paid that for what i get then i told him can u please just give me plain coffin no clear gel nothing he said well its 35 now and i asked how when u said 25 and 5 for coffin he stated coffin is 10 more now i am never coming back here i had to put my own clear gel on top. If I could do 3.5, I would. ---- This has been my go-to nail salon and (non-intimate) wax place since... well, I can't remember how long. Quite possibly the five years I have worked in this area. Stacy and Vicki are, by far, some of the best techs in Vegas. Whether I bring them a newbie or a seasoned vet, they know just what to do and how. One girlfriend is particularly ticklish... so her pedicures are entertaining to say the least. The girls of Borgata are fabulous and handle her giggles and shrieks with aplomb. They will do what you like, how you like it, and not push on to you what you don't care for (style, technique, creative) or don't need. They will *offer* additional services, but it is not a game and it is never done to take your money. They want you happy and that is apparent. They take however much time is needed and focus on providing a premium service at a not-so-premium price. I never feel rushed, I always feel like their best customer, and it's easy on the pocketbook. The spa chairs for the pedicures are comfortable and well-maintained; the massage feature is a must. The decor is simple, tasteful, and inviting. The color scheme is both a little trendy and classic all at once. I keep pushing Vicki and Stacy as they are the best. There are other techs for various things but I have never been as happy. Example: I have been waxed here as well and, as long as it's Stacy or Vicki, I am good. There was one other woman (I wish I remembered her name) who did a really poor job. It didn't stop me from returning, I am just more careful about who handles my services. They also offer skin services but I have yet to try them. read more

It was a gentleman that assisted me. He should not be a nail tech of any kind. I received the worst kind of pedicure. He chopped my nail down to the skin..The polish he applied was smeared all over my toes and when I expressed that I was not satisfied with the job and he began talking in their language and tried to clean up the polish a Lil bit. The polish on my toe nails were lumpy and he had various places on my nails that were missing polish. They are nice, play decent music, and have a good selection in colors.
