I requested the spa gel manicure and it was the worst manicure I ever had in my life. I got a man named Frankie. I will say that they are very nice people which is probably the only reason why I stuck around. He could kept forgetting which finger he was working on and he doesn't know how to file at all. They didn't give me any lotion and my hands look worse than when I got there. I will never ever ever in my life come back here, and I don't think you should either if you value your hands and the look of your nails. I came in just to check how busy they were, and I'm glad I did. I got the deluxe pedicure and a full gel set. The pedicure was amazing, Shauwna used hot stones, warm towels and massaged my feet and legs. My feet felt so soft after and still do. She also did my nails and they look so great! She was very attentive to detail using a small brush to wipe away any imperfections. I loved the color I picked and the shape she did. I will definitely come back. Shauwna was also really friendly. Do not go to this salon if you value your time, money, or nails. I came into this salon with my mom to get acrylic sets for both of us on March 30th, a Thursday. That following Sunday night my middle fingernail on my left hand snapped off, then Monday morning my right middle fingernail snapped off as well. So Monday afternoon I went to the salon to see about getting them fixed and arrived to an empty salon when they were supposed to be open. Tuesday I called to tell them my nails were snapping off and was told to come down Wednesday to get them fixed. So I went in to start the removal process of the remaining pieces of my broken nails, and this man literally picked off my nails to remove them. I was expecting him to soak them or dremmel them down or something, but he literally used the thin sharp end of a nail tip and shoved it between my natural nail and the acrylic nail and dug under there until it came off. He asked it if was too hard and I told him "yes that hurts a lot" and he just kept picking at my nail until it popped off. I so badly wanted to just walk out them but wanted my nails fixed once and for all. He redid the 2 broken nails and I assumed all would be good and I would just wait my 2 weeks to go get a fill. Then last night, Thursday night, one will since first applied I had a third nail snap off like nothing. I am so being mad and disappointed with this place. Both mine and my mom's sets cost $95 which they make you pay before they even do any services which should've been my first red flag. And while the 2 people inside were kind, the man that did my actual acrylics did such a terrible job for them to be snapping off the way they are. I unfortunately tipped $25 on top of my bill because I really did love the nail polish job and thought they looked so cute. I am so sad and mad that I paid all of that money just for them to all snap off like this. I wouldn't recommend at all, unless you're going to the woman just for simple nail polish maybe and that's it. The man does not know how to do acrylics properly. Not only that, my moms nails started getting this weird look to them after the 2nd day, like they're lifting away from her cuticles or something is going on with them. This is my favorite nail place!! I was led here due to the glistening reviews of this place, and I was not let down! I started off getting a french gel mani. The last time I got a french gel mani in Texas, it cost me $40 ($35 for gel+$5 for french), I was so put off! The nail tech made it look soooo thick! The white tips looked like they were just painted across. I ended up with extremely thick unevenly-tipped gel nails! I was so afraid I was going to experience the same thing here since prices here are only $30 flat for gel or french gel! Oh my gosh they came out beauuuutiful! Tips are perfect, and my nails are so shiny and even! I also got a pedicure (the basic $25), and it was the BEST pedicure of my life!! About a quarter into my pedicure, I thought he heard me say the wrong package because the pedicure was soo thorough and amazing! They cut your cuticles, scrub ur calluses, exfoliate your legs, massage your legs with hot rocks(!!), anddd they color your toesies! This just became my to-go nail place!! My only gripe about this place is that they do tend to shut down the place a bit early if it's a slow night! Plan to come 1.5 hours before closing! So me and my best friend and niece went and when we got there they changed the prices on me. They told me over the phone that they didn't charge for anything extra and that's why I picked them to go to. Overall they were rude and really rough with my niece. This lady was very aggressive with the cuticle cutters on my niece and it really was pissing me off. They talk under their breathe so that you cant hear them well. Bao did my nails today and I was not one bit disappointed. I came in at 3pm and I along with another lady were the only customers there. So this might have a lot to do with the fact that Bao was very gentle with my hands and not in a rush like other nail salons do. So I would advice you to go on a weekday during the day. I paid $55+tip on my full set of nails with gel. Bao continuously asked for approval before he did anything with my nails and after he did so he asked if I liked them so far, which is very important to me :) In the end he gave me a $5off for my next visit, which I'm sure I'll be back for something else since they have facials, eyelash extensions, natural foot pedicures, waxing and much more. *The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because I have had other visits to other nail salons were they go the extra mile such as offering tea, coffee, water, and include a hand massage with my gel set of nails or have introduced other services available. I tried this place for the first time today and they were pretty good. Shauna did my nails for both my pedicure and manicure and was very attentive in doing so. I came in for a pedicure - I got the deluxe- and a full set. The pedicure was good and relaxing and it included a scrub, scraping of the feet, hot stone massage, and mud treatment. I got a typical full set, and Shauna was always making sure that I liked what she was doing as far as length and design before she continued, which I liked. Overall the acrylic is even with no bubbles and does not look sloppy. My only complaint is the overall price. After getting the design I wanted (which I was told had to be gel) with the full set and pedicure, I had to pay $90! And that is the reason I'm giving this place only four stars. I've had similar treatments done at other places for a lower price, however I may come back to take advantage of the $5 off I was presented when I need a fill. read more

VERY RUDE and HORRIBLE customer service. Been by twice and both times they tell me yes we have time (there was no one else waiting) so I call my girlfriend who was waiting in the car to come in and as soon as she walks in they start talking in their language and tell us they do not have time. I don't know if it's because we're lesbians (noticeable), Hispanic or because we're both on the chubby side as I saw in another review that the owner replied back saying that the person was too big and broke their chair that cost $200 in repairs and their service charge didn't even cost the repair I was in shock (always read the reviews) but regardless of their reasons/excuses for the RUDE behavior that is called DISCRIMINATION. They are HORRIBLE people that made us feel so disappointed in the way they spoke to us because I told them it was the second time they do this to us and it was not nice and they said they don't care. I have never in my life had such rude service and have never felt so discriminationed and felt like my money ain't worth their time. Came here with my fiance for mani-pedis. We were walk-ins, but it was early in the morning and there was no one else in the shop, so it was no problem. First thing I noticed was that the chairs they put both of us in didn't work. My favorite part of the experience is the massage chair because I have a bad back, so that was really disappointing. My fiance is very sensitive about his feet, so he got a basic pedicure. I asked for the tech to buff his nails, but she tried to put clear polish on. When I said no polish, she told him to put his shoes on and go over to the manicure chair. I asked him later, and she didn't buff them at all. I got the deluxe pedi (again, it should have had the massage chair!) The hot rocks and the sugar scrub thing was very nice, as one of the first times I've treated myself to it. The callus removal was the first time I've ever had someone use a cheese grater on my feet. I was skeptical at first, but seeing the amount of dead skin come off was grossly satisfying! I was worried they'd take too much off or cut me, but the tech was very careful and did a good job. The polish and cuticles look great, and the pedi was one of the best I've had. My fiance's and my mani were both rushed as a woman came in with her kids all to get mani-pedis as well. My fiance didn't get his nails buffed but she put something on them at least. My cuticles could have been smoother, but overall it was a pretty nice job. I wish he would have used the second color on my ring finger--he rushed me and didn't get to it. My bigger peeve was when they refused to give me a receipt--they said since I paid cash, I don't get one. Mind you, I just spent over $100 in this place. They could have hand written something, for all I care, but they really just said NO. I was affronted, took a business card and wrote how much I spent, date and time, and left. A great mani-pedi doesn't mean you can be rude when you get busy. (They do not have bathrooms for customers, either--sent my waiting fiance to the restaurant/market across the parking lot while I finished my mani.) --- GREAT pedi. Stars docked for rudeness of staff, not buffing nails, no working spa chairs for deluxe spa pedi, no restrooms, and refusing to give receipts to paying customers. read more
