I have been going to Jenny for a little over a year now. I started with her at Royal Nails and moved over with her to this shop. I appreciate the consistency in the work that she does. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. I gave this place 3 separate chances. The 1st time I got gel french tips on the toes, the polish was chipped the next day- I gave the shop grace because I did go in there close to closing time & when I went back they fixed it for me however the toes continued to chip so I just filed them shorter (which I told the lady to do the first time & she didn't). The 2nd time I got a simple acrylic overlay with white French on the nails. The overlay was entirely too thick, the French was not even and they were chipped the SAME DAY I got them, there was a language barrier but she was still somehow rude & not listening when I told her it was too thick - I didn't go back to get them fixed i just filed them shorter... again. The 3rd and most recent time I went on September 15th I told them about my issues & got a different lady for my nails which are still holding up decently, I also got my toes done by the same lady because it was either I get the rude lady who did my nails poorly or the one who previously did poorly on my toes, I chose the second option - now today is September 18th and my toe is chipped already. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! The rude lady sits in the front row behind the counter hers is the left seat against the wall, if u must go here do not let her touch your nails. read more

I went to another location originally and they turned be away because they said they were to busy. That led me to nail perfection. It is a bonus that it was still really close to my house. I walked in advised what I wanted and the gentleman said no problem. I had old nails removed, new gel full set, and a pedicure. They did a fantastic job. I am not sure of the ladies name that did my nails, but hands down one of the best experiences I have had. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and it was pretty spot on the blue diamond shape wasn't added(was going for a Steelers logo colors), but awesome nonetheless. Beautiful salon. The man up front was very friendly and helpful. However my mail tech was very disappointing. She cut me while doing my cuticles. Tried to skip the hot stones and paraffin wax steps on the pedicure I selected and rushed through the massage part. Then when it came time to paint, good lord. I had to have her redo the big to because the bottom was so jagged and awful. She still couldn't get it right so I just gave up. The little toes are god awful too. I went to nail perfection on October 9. I was the last customer getting their nails done. My appointment was at 2:30. I wasn't taking until 3:30. I went home and examined my nails. I have six cut my nails are all different lengths. Eight out of 10 fingers have huge gaps between my nail and the acrylic which is caused for infection because I wash my hands all day long. I cannot completely dry the space between the nail and the acrylic I went this morning to let them know what was happening, and this needs to be fixed, instead of assisting me, I was battled and told that infection can't happen. They said well, your nails is shaped like that I said, then why are two nails laying flat on the nail he said no. I said I just want this corrected they offered to fill the gap with acrylic. I said that is going to make it look really bulky and uncomfortable for my fingers. I am very disappointed that I was trying to receive help for an issue and instead was argued down as to why it's not a problem instead of helping the concerned customer with an issue that could lead to mold and infection. I am not a confrontational person. I went to the owner of a different salon who owns both and then went back to where I originally got my nails done to try to get some resolution, and both people were unwilling to assist me with what I was requesting telling me what they will do instead of what I am asking for when I'm the one paying money for a service. I'm very disappointed that this is how women get treated when they are paying their hard earned money for a service and they leave with six cuts, and very uneven and gapped nails. I came here for my bday appointment which is Thursday today is Sunday, showed him a clear picture of what I wanted and he has me wait for an hour even though I booked an appointment ... excited I wait and he starts putting the nail on I want a chrome design I'll add the picture here, as he goes In he initially said chrome tips take too long and I told him well let's do silver because I want this design. And he says okay, as he steers design he puts chrome on this but then outlines it in black, I didn't know if this was a method he was using to make chrome faster, as he does more he puts crocodile prints on them with black and ask if this is okay? I say well I don't want any black at all I thought you were doing chrome tips, he then says well that takes to long I say well what about silver and then he goes on to say let me see the picture I'll just do it like that (which is what I asked for anyway I never knew we were doing anything different) as he's doing my nails he's being so rough and aggressive with taking the design off, he gets the design off and I show him a picture of what I originally Showed him but I had bought Amazon decals I wanted added with it which he initially said he would do but after everything he said he wouldn't do it anymore and now it would be like the picture so I told him I wish you would've been honest from the start and let me know wether or not you could do it, I would've went somewhere else if you could not. He then goes to say well your free and likes shoo his hand for me to leave... I was so shocked and confused at His behavior because at the start he seemed cool. Mind you he stopped for a 15 minute cigarette break in between my appointment that I said nothing about. A complete 4 hours wasted . There is nothing professional about this shop or him, I would never walk in this place again. Spa pedicure scheduled for 2 pm 1-3-24 I never even got that far because 4-5 girls were aggressive & telling me different things. One tells me to sit & wait up front & another tells me to go ahead - sit in the chair while waiting for the foot tub to fill. Then she asks me which pedicure do I want & tell her I want the spa pedicure & She says classic & I say no the spa pedicure & she says they're the same. I tell her not according to what the man told me last night. Everything seemed to be a hassle with them. When I told her I wanted glitter on the top of my toes she said it would be an extra $5. I said I've never been charged for glitter B4. The more I stay there the more I felt uncomfortable so I said I am leaving. I do not want to do this because everything seemed a chore or hassle with them. When I asked the Manager what her name was she refused & flipped me off. Soooo the way he did my nails was so bad, he didn't even prep my nails correctly and immediately put on the glue and nails and then acrylic He also didn't start all the way where my cuticle is so they already looked like I had them for a couple days like they looked like a little grown out when I had just got them done. He shaped them beautifully but once he put the gel polish and clear coat my nails looked so chunky, bulky and they were bumpy I went back a couple days later to fix two nails and he fixed one and the shade was wrong and he let me go out like that. My experience yesterday with a tech named Lynn was a nightmare! This person is rude, ignorant of customer service skills and a ZERO! Her behavior was unprofessional, to say the least. In retrospect, I should not have paid the $20 service fee. (She was unworthy of a tip.) Her body language was rude and repulsive! She only uttered one word commands!
